"Do you have any idea where we are going?" Lucas complained as they were pushing away the branches.

"No," Alex replied, "I'm just improvising."

"Are you kidding me Rothman?! You set us out to destroy the balance of life and death to resurrect a friend you want to reconcile with and you don't even know where to do that?!"

"I know! It's stupid!" Alex snapped, "But stupid is all we got."

"How far is this 'Rumbling Mountain'?"

"It should be at least two days away," Natalie said.

"How do you know that?" Lucas asked.

"I guessed."

"We first have to go to this Immunity Temple. The only problem is that we have to find out how to get there."

Alex's satchel handle broke and fell. Everything was ruined and wet. Alex picked up a book he never knew he had. The sides of the pages were ruined but the writings were still readable. He opened it and saw that there was a map of the island. The Temple seemed to be hours away; they should be able to arrive at least in the morning.

The day was sleeping. The crickets were chirping in the dark silence.

Lucas was fast asleep whilst Natalie was struggling. Natalie saw a dim light in a short distance. She noticed Alex wasn't beside her sleeping. She got up and creeped out of the soft ground. She saw Alex sitting on a log, staring into a distance unknown.

Natalie sat on the log next to Alex, "You really can't get Zain out of your mind can you?"

"What makes you say that?"

"If Zain was out of your mind you would be sleeping."

Alex sighed.

Natalie saw that what Alex was really gazing at is the mountain peak where he can see the temple, "I don't know what to say about this Alex but whatever happens happens; and you must let it take its course. I think I can understand why you trust that strange hag right now but I don't want to see you get hurt. You were hurt enough when he died; don't make it worse for you if it doesn't work out."

"It will work."

"You don't know that."

"Yes I do. Those resurrecters exist for a reason; to be used."

"Not every magical item should be used Alex. There are consequences."

Alex stood up, "Then why did you come with me?!" Alex snapped.

"To prote..."

"Protect me?! Alex interrupted, "That's right! You wanna protect me just like Zain wanted and look what I did!"

Natalie got up, "This is NOT your fault!"

"Yes it is! I should have listened to him and be there for him when he needed me. All I want is another chance."

"You can get another chance with someone else!"

"That's not gonna change anything!"

"What about me, huh?! Zain is not your only friend. Zain or no Zain you have me!"

"NO I DON'T!!!"

Natalie froze.

"You are a bossy know-it-all who thinks she knows all about friendship when she has no idea what it's like to have one!"

Natalie slapped Alex in the face, "You are unbelievable!" Natalie left with tears in her eyes.

The next morning, the trio ate bananas for breakfast. Natalie was still with them but she ignored Alex the whole time. Alex was surprised that she is still with them; she could have turned back. Lucas was aware of the fight last night but he was also quiet. It was an uneventful morning.
