Somewhere on Mt. Natagumo Giyu stood silent as dead slayers surrounded him
Shinobu: were you acquainted with any of them? There don't seem to be any survivors around here.
She glanced at him
Shinobu: We were advised that several rookie Mizunoto had joined the battle, but they might be dead now, don't you think?
He turned
Giyu: Lets go.
They started running through the forest as Shinobu looked to the moon
Shinobu: Isn't the moon lovely?
Tomioka didn't respond either not getting it or not caring
Shinobu: Since we've been givin this joint mission, lets try to get along.
Giyu: I'm only here to slay some demons.
Shinobu: How callous of you! All right, then, lets split up here. I shall procced from the west.
Giyu: Agreed.
She jumped up to the branches leaving Giyu to his own devises as back over with Inosuke a large figure flew down at him knocking him away but he landed on a rock
Father: Don't come near my family!
He reared back his left fist and punched at Inosukes rock but Inosuke jumped away
Father: Stay away!
Then the father pulled back his left fist again and moved closer to the still airborne Inosuke
Zane: (Second Form: Water Wheel!)
He jumped forward front flipping hitting the fathers forearm as he embedded his sword in him
Zane: Its no good! The blade wont go through!
The father readied his right fist to punch Zane and threw it forward but Inosuke jumped in and embedded his blades in his wrist
Inosuke: So hard!
Then the father roared and knocked them away then Zane landed on a rock
Zane: I cant slash him even I use an attack! What should I do? What should I do?
The father looked to Zane
Father: Don't come near my family!
He ran at Zane and pulled back his left again
Father: Stay away!
He punched Zane's rock as Zane himself jumped to his left to land then the demon looked over at him
Inosuke: What are you looking at? I'm over here! Curse you!
He jumped at the demon and raised his blades over his head but was back handed away making him skip on the water
Inosuke: Ouch! All that force from one swipe of its arm! Its no good! I'm not a full power! Not to mention, the bleeding is making me stumble!
Then the demon charged at Inosuke who instead of fighting turned and ran away as Zane ran down the bank and he looked to the tree ahead
Zane: (Second Form: Improved, Lateral Water Wheel!)
He slashed through the tree and as Inosuke ran he noticed the tree falling at him and the demon but it only hit the demon trapping him under the water
Inosuke: What was that? What's going on?
Zane: Inosuke! Are you okay?
He looked over and saw Zane on a tree stump from the fallen tree
