~Next Day~

Zane was getting ready with Urokodaki when Tanjiro walked out of his room

Urokodaki: Lets go!

Tanjiro took a moment longer to look at his sleeping sister then he slid the door closed

"Destroy"

Urokodaki: The Demon Slayer Corps has around several hundred members. Its an organization unrecognized by the government. Yet its existed since ancient times, and we continue to hunt demons today. As for who's leading the Demon Slayer Corps, that remains a mystery.

A top of a cliff stood nine people all but Giyu were shrouded by shadow as a demon that Zane fought opened its eye

Urokodaki: Demons. Staple food... Humans! They kill humans and feed on them. No one knows when and where they first appeared. Their physical prowess is remarkable. Wounds heal in the blink on an eye. Flesh is restored after being hacked off, and limbs can be newly regenerated. Some demons can shape-shift. Others have otherworldly powers. They can only be killed by sunlight or by decapitation with a special sword.

Urokodaki: The Demon Slayers battle the demons with their own mortal bodies. Since they're humans, their wounds are slow to heal, and, once lost, their limbs don't grow back. Even so they battle the demons... To protect other humans.)

After that Zane and Tanjiro ran down the mountain from two different points

Urokodaki: I am a trainer. I literally train swordsmen. There are many trainers, and each of them  trains their pupils with their own regimen in their own location.

Zane and Tanjiro both listened carefully

Urokodaki: To join the Demon Slayer Corps, you must survive the Final Selection process held on Mt. Fujikasane. Whether or not your eligible for Final Selection is up to me.

The blue eyed boy jumped over a rope tied to two trees

Zane: (I'll give this training 100% of my effort! I wont fail! I'll pass the Final Selection!)

A tree trunk fell down at Zane who heard it coming and ducked under then he jumped over a rope that popped up

Zane: (Descending the mountain repeatedly, day after day, I learn how to avoid the dodge most of the traps. Its because I'm stronger than I was. The air on the mountain is different, hearing is much harder, but that helps me hone it.)

He ran down at full speed listening closely for any noises and from the trees knives shot out at him and he barely dodged them in time

Zane: (Yet, even so... These traps are getting harder and more dangerous.)

He caught himself from falling into a pit with sharp blades at the bottom

Zane: (Its like he really wants to kill me.)
