Nezuko threw her blood on the wooden womb igniting it
Zane: (Its slow now thanks to Nezuko's flames! Its going to work!)
He held his sword above his head as his blue stream erupted from the tsuba

He slashed down cutting deep into the womb
Zane: (I still didn't hit the demon! This isn't going to end until this demons head!)
As Zane stepped forward he noticed the tiny demon was gone
Zane: (What? It ran away during the fire!)
He looked up at the bush past the split womb hearing the steps of the demon and he ran up to it and swing his blunt end at the bush moving it and revealing the demon
Seeing the cowardly demon made Zane's veins bulge
Zane: You bastard! Don't run away! Don't run from the consequences of your actions!
Everything went back
Zane: You demons who kill and devour humans...
The demon running away
Zane: Come on!
He Tanjiro and Nezuko ran to the demon as Zane vaulted over a fallen tree and weaving in between trees
Zane: (Why are you running away?)
He dashed forward
Zane: (Isn't this just what you've been doing to humans?)
He pushed past the weaker branches breaking them as he slowly got faster and faster all while hearing the pitter patter of the demons feet
Zane; (Why are you all... So self-serving?)
The demon hopped on rocks
[Gyokko: Behold, "Death Throes of the Smiths"!]
From a pot appeared the dead bodies of the swordsmiths sewed together
[Gyokko: Just twist the sword like so, and...]
He spun the blade causing one of the swordsmiths to let out a pained scream
"Upper Five"
As Zane ran his eyes glowed brightly as a blue glow appeared on his face running through the forest while the demon lunged into a small rock hole
"Upper Four"
[Hatred: Just now, you tried to team up on a small, weak being who could fit in the palm of your hand. Utterly atrocious...]
The demon ran along some rocks as Zane held his sword back his blue stream swirling around his blade then he swung his sword but was just too late as the demon made it through
So Zane flipped over the rocks
Zane: (And yet... We humans are...)
He thought to Rengoku in his dying moments
Zane: (Always powerless!)
Then to Tengen and his wives, then to Muichiro and the swordsmiths
[Muichiro: You're getting in the way, so go hide.]
Genya: You piece of crap!
He lifted the tree out of the ground
Genya: Enough is enough... You stupid moron!
He threw the tree like a javelin at the fleeing demon but due to its size he missed as Nezuko jumped into the air
The crescent moon shined down on the world as many fought for their lives
