Zane: Naho! Kiyo! Sumi!
After getting there attention he asked them a question he and Tanjiro held three carpet beaters
Zane: I'd like you to help us train. If we stop Total Concentration Breathing while we're sleeping, can you clobber us with these carpet beaters? Can you please help us?
They quickly bowed to the three girls and they smiled
Girls: Very well!
Tanjiro: Thank you!
Later that night the two were laying in bed long asleep and the girls peered over the beds watching them
Sumi: Its all good, right?
Kiyo: Master Tanjiro and Master Zane are doing a good job!
Naho: Yes!
As if on cue the two stopped stopped T.C.B. and were both beaten with the carpet beaters and the two groaned in pain after recovering Tanjiro bowed to them
Zane: Spineless fool!
Tanjiro: Please let us try again!
Girls: Okay!
Over at the far bed Zenitsu was awake watching them both confused at what seemed like his friends going mad
Tanjiro: If you please!
Girls: Give it all you've got!
Getting comfortable Zane exhaled relaxing
Zane: This time. For sure!
He laid down and closed his eyes falling asleep and stopping his T.C.B. causing him to be beat again as Tanjiro followed suit right after
Zane: One more time, please!
Tanjiro: You big dope!
The next day Aoi looked at the two who came alone again
Aoi: Just you today two, again?
Tanjiro: I'm sorry. We asked them to come, but...
She turned her head and crossed her arms
Aoi: Well, it doesn't matter to me either way.
Zane: We'll give them another nudge later.
After that talk Zane climbed up a rope attached to the roof
Zane: (I'm starting to get used to training while doing Total Concentration Breathing!)
His arms gave and he slipped down next he was doing push ups with Sumi on his back
Zane: (Although I cant really sustain it all day unless I really get myself pumped, the longer I can keep doing Total Concentration Breathing, the bigger stamina boost I get!)
Girls: 497! 498! 499! 500! 501!
Later he was pulling up two large rocks with ropes tied to his hands soon it was dusk and he ran across the wall then the next day he was face to face with Kanao at the tag again then the two rushed
Girls: You can do it!
They cheered as Tanjiro watched closely as Zane gave chase to Kanao he attempted to grab her but she dodged and ran off Zane following suit the he lunged forward surprising her as he tried again but she jumped back
Zane: (I can keep up with her! I'm able to stay on her! I'm getting stronger!)
He reached out to her wrist and almost grabbed it but she just moved as he lunged forward tumbling to the ground as Kanao looked to her hand
