Demon: Everyone got eaten just because they were wearing them.
Tanjiro lost it and rushed at the demon getting knocked away then the demon turned his attention to Zane who heard something under him so he jumped getting swarmed by the demons hands but he spun around
Zane: (Sixth Form: Whirlpool!)
Then he ran forward at the demon and jumped at him
Zane: (First Form: Water Surface Slash!)
He sliced through the front of the demons neck as he was pulled back by the demons hand barely keeping him back then he was thrown to the side
Then Tanjiro rushed forward again cutting any arms that came at him then jumped up in the air as the demons hands emerged from the ground to grab Tanjiro the demon combined his arms together and launched his hand at the airborne Tanjiro
Said boy headbutted the arm deflecting it and running along the arm when multiple more arms protruded from the arm he was on
Zane: (First Form: Water Surface Slash!)
He flew through the air before slicing all the new arms at the base flying past the arm making a clean path for Tanjiro who lunged at the demon holding his sword at his neck
Tanjiro: (First Form: Water Surface Slash!)
The demons head was sliced clean off
The demon played a flash back of the time when Urokodaki captured him blood was splattered on the wall from his victim and he ran at Urokodaki who blocked his attack and stopped his kick then the demon jumped in the air and attacked from above but was still cut so he fled
His foot steps in the snow and blood allowed Urokodaki to find him easily so he continued to run away and he turned around to see if he was being followed still but nothing as Urokodaki stood on a wall behind him
The demon slayer jumped in the air alerting the demon and flew at him cutting the demon and Tanjiro faded into his view then changing to Zane flying in the air just like Urokodaki did
Demon: (Urokodaki!)
Then his head was cut off where rolled away and he watched his body as it faded away
Demon: (Dammit! Dammit! Dammit! My body's crumbling and disappearing. I cant stop it!)
Tanjiro and Zane walked in front of the demons head and sheathed their swords
Demon: (Dammit! To think the faces of demon slayer's will be the last thing I'll ever see...)
The two turned to the demon Tanjiro with a saddened look which surprised the demon
Demon: (How did it come to this?)
A memory faded into his mind of a crying Boy
Boy: I'm so scared. I'm all alone. Brother where are you? I want you to hold my hand! Like you always do! Why? Why on earth did I bite you to death, Big Brother?
The two walked over to the demons body and Tanjiro got closer
Demon: Huh? Wait, who's this "brother" person?
Tanjiro: What a sad scent.
He grabbed the last hand of the demon who closed it and started to cry as he faded away then Tanjiro placed his head on the demons hand as Zane placed his hands together
Tanjiro: God... Please...
With the demon in a dark void a light appeared behind him
Tanjiro: The next time this man is reborn, please make sure he doesn't turn into a demon.
