Part 48.

As we were setting everything up in the office, I remembered that I had Yoongi's journal in my bag.

"Hey, I'm gonna take a break. I'm gonna bring Yoongi's journal to him real quick. I'll be back."

They all nod and continue their work as I leave. It wasn't that long till I was in front of the Genius Lab. I was surprised when he didn't have his 'fuck off' cat mat outside to greet me.

I wasn't sure if he was in there or still upset after the argument with Joon earlier. I took a chance and rang his studio door bell and waited.

Nothing. I then decided to knock this time. I heard a bit of shuffling and then a click from the door.

"What?!" He revealed his face and was shocked to see me standing there.

"Whoa." I said immediately and leaned away.

"Oh! Sorry, Y/n. I thought you were staff.. What brings you here?"

"It's okay. I uh had a chance to go back to the dorm and I saw your journal on the table so I thought I'd bring it to you. Here."

I held up the book to give it to him.

"Oh. Thanks. You didn't have to."

I shrugged. "It's no problem. What's a songwriter without his song book."

He smirked as he scoffed. "Right."

He looked at the book in his hand.

"I didn't disturb you, did I?" I asked.

"Huh? Oh. No. I was just writing. I needed to take a break anyways."

I nodded and hummed. I stood there awkwardly with nothing coming to mind on what to say.

"W-would you like to come inside?"

My eyes light up. "Can I?"

He laughs a bit and opens the door to let me in. I step in and see the black couch and his shelves beside his desk.

I noticed his piano board out on his desk with a thin pile of scattered paper.

"Are you working on something?"
I look back to follow my gaze to him.

"Yeah. I uh, I just jotted some stuff down. Nothing too important." He says as he gathered the paper and put them in the book.

I take a seat on the couch and grab a pillow. He sits in his chair.

"Are you sure? You have your piano out."

He slightly turns to the piano on the desk and back to me.

"How much do you actually know about us?"

I scoff with a smile.

"It's not like I have a schedule of you guys' every move. But I feel like I know  bits and pieces of each of you. Things that I noticed." I laughed.

"Like what?"

"Um. Jin has this habit of twirling his hand before he touches his glasses. Uh, Jungkook touches his ears when he's nervous or embarrassed. Stuff like that."

"What about me?"

He wasn't looking at me. His eyes were focused on his hands in his lap. He seemed...shy to ask.

"You care but you don't show it as much. You might have a serious demeanor but you're the exact opposite. And you some times mess with your cuticles, like you're doing now."
