Part 18.

*Back at the hotel*

Namjoon's P.O.V

As I watched Y/n walk away with Sejin hyung, I felt happy and also scared. I just got to know her and now I might not be able to see or talk to her again if Bang PD denies us.

I sigh as I scratch the back of my neck and make my way towards my room. Once I open the door, I'm met with all the members sitting around waiting for me.

"Why aren't you guys asleep?"

"Thank you! See I told you we should have waited for tomorrow." Yoongi hyung said.

Jin throws a pillow at him. "Shut Yoongi. We're here for support."

"Thanks guys but I have a call to make."

"What do you mean hyung?" Tae said.

"Sejin hyung said I need to call Bang PD and tell him everything and ask him if I could see Y/n."

They all nodded in understanding.

"If you need back up hyung just ask us. It could help." Jungkook said.

"Thanks Kook. I appreciate it but I have to do this on my own."

"Can you at least tell us what happened in the elevator. Y'all were stuck for a while." Hoseok said.

"Yeah the electrician said the elevator stopped because one of you pushed the emergency button." Yoongi said.

My eyes pop out for a second and I try do hide my burning cheeks.

I cleared my throat. "I uh..I stopped it."

"Why?" Jimin said.

"I confessed to liking her and so did she so I kind of asked her to be my girlfriend. She didn't know so I took a chance and pushed the button. I told her if she didn't say yes or no I wouldn't start the elevator again."

"Since when do you stop elevators to ask out a girl? Who are you?" Yoongi said.

"For real Namjoon. I haven't seen you do anything like this before." Jin said.

"I know it's still early but I'm crazy about her." I smile thinking about her.

"Man hyung your falling hard." Jungkook said.

I nodded shyly. "I am Kook. I really am."

"Well on that note, I think it's time for us to get out of here and let you make that call." Yoongi hyung said, getting up from his seat.

They all filed out.

"I'm gonna go play games with Jungkook for a bit. I'll see you later." Hoseok said.

I nodded and shut the door after them. I sighed then got out my phone to call Bang PD.

"You got this Namjoon. Just let your heart speak and maybe he'll say yes." I say to myself.

The other end started ringing.

"Hello?"

"Bang PD nim!"

"Ah! Namjoon-ah. What can I do for you? And why are you calling at this time? Isn't it late over there?"

"Ah well yes it is. Um.. I called because I have something to talk to you about sir."

"Sir? This must be serious. What's on your mind Namjoon-ah?"

"Um.. it's actually what I can't get off my mind. I-in other words, it's actually who I can't get off my mind.."

His line went silent for a moment then he spoke.

"Okay. I understand. Who might this someone be?"

"I-it's Y/n L/n. The um radio host that we met with over here."

"Namjoon-ah, wasn't that 3 days ago?"

"Yes sir but I got to know her over the few days. I know it might be short and you'll think it's crazy but sir my feelings are real. And sir she likes me too, just not for 'RM' me, for Namjoon me. I honestly don't understand why but she does. So sir, would you find it in your heart to let us be together. I promise the relationship won't interfere with my work and performances. It might actually help me write songs easier. I understand that since it's still early, that the media doesn't have to know and we're okay with that."

Again, a long pause.

He sighs.

"If I permit this, you understand that she would have to sign papers for security purposes."

"Yes sir. We both understand that."

"And you understand that this is a long distance relationship meaning you can't always visit her because of work but she can come visit you, we just have to set up everything privately."

"Yes sir I understand."

"The best way to keep this out of the media is to not make it seem like something is going on. You all are there for two more days and then you come home for a break before the next leg of the tour starts."

I had to cut him off because I had to explain what I had in mind for Y/n.

"Actually sir, would it be too much to let Y/n come on tour with us? We can make it seem like a big exclusive for her show. I don't think the guys will mind and she could only bring who she needs. And I'm pretty sure it'd be good publicity for us and her."

"Honestly Namjoon, if it wasn't such a good idea, I wouldn't say yes."

"Really?!"

"Yes. She can bring who she needs. She will need to actually come to Seoul to sign the papers and have a meeting with me and the managing staff about what she can and can't say and record. I will have both the company staff and tour staff sign non disclosures. I will also need you to be with her when she comes in and signs the papers so we can discuss your relationship."

"Thank you so much Bang PD nim. You really won't regret this. We can make this work."

"Your welcome Namjoon-ah. As long as your happy. I can't wait to meet her. I have to go now. Talk to you soon."

"Thank you sir. Have a good day. Bye."

I hung up the call and felt like a big wave a relief hit me. I fell back on the bed and let out a sigh of relief.

I got an idea to call Y/n but once I took out my phone, I realized what time it was and decided just to leave her a message asking if she can stop by later so we could talk about everything.

Me: Hey beautiful hope your sleeping good. Just wanted to ask if you can stop by later to talk. Let me know as soon as you can. ♡

I set my phone down and got ready for bed. Later, Hoseok came back and fell asleep quickly. I guess Jungkook's games wore him out. A second later I started falling asleep and couldn't wait to see Y/n's face once I told her the good news.
