Part 50.

Before I knew it, I had a lap full of cold liquid, my shirt was green and there was ice down my bra.

I jump up in reflex.

"Aahh!"

"Oh my goodness! I'm so sorry Ms. Y/l/n. They must have not put the lid on right." Ms. Koo said with her most innocent voice.

I try not to let my temper get the best of me.

'You have GOT to be kidding me?!'

She trys to "help" by taking napkins to my shirt. I stop her by holding out my hand to signal her.

"It's fine. If you'll excuse me." I bow towards Mr. Bang and carefully walk out of the room to the restroom.

"Y/n." Joon says as he stands in the door way.

"I'm fine, Joon. Just give me a second." I say as I continue to walk.

Once I'm in the restroom, I get the melting ice out of my bra and clean myself the best I could. A light shade of green still slightly visble on my blouse. I step out of my shoes to wipe them clean.

'At least my skirt is black.'

I head out but get stopped by Ms. Innocent.

"Look. I'm gonna level with you little girl." She starts off.

'No surprise there.'

"I've made my way up to the CEO's assistant and I plan to get noticed by the band. So you and your little friend have to go. I can expose your little relationships and the truth about how you got this job in a second."

She snaps her fingers.

I laugh. "You think you can just scare me off with that little threat you just made? It's women like you who sleep and seduce their way to the top that give us a bad name. And news flash, you've been noticed and you don't have a chance. I've dealt bigger bitches than you, Sweetheart. Take your best shot."

I try and make my way to the room when she grabs my arm to pull me back and that's when I feel her hand go cross my face leaving a burning sensation on my left cheek.

"WHAT THE HELL! GET OFF YOU PSYCHO!" I say, alerting everyone on the floor.

I take this opportunity to punch her. She backs off to check her bleeding lip.

"YOU SLUT! THEY'RE MINE!" She says as she attacks me.

She pounces on me and my back hits the solid floor, knocking the air out of me. Her knee jams into my side as she lands on top off me. I attempt to shove her face away but end up digging my nails into her cheek. She continues to pull my hair and tries to choke me. I struggle to push her off as I'm starting to feel light headed.

"Y/n!" I hear someone say.

The next thing I know, she's being pulled off of me and my vision starts to get blurry.

The last thing I see is Namjoon's face.

Namjoon's P.O.V

The guards pull Ms.Koo off of Y/n. I push Sejin away from me as he was holding me back from the scene.

"Y/n!"

I try and get close to her to see how she is but get interrupted by the company doctor.

While the doctor examined her injuries and eyes, he said she needed to be examined at the hospital for a further diagnosis since she passed out from lack of air.

Amongst all the chaos, a heel was thrown at Alex's head. That set her off.

She began to charge at Ms.Koo but was held back by Jimin and Jungkook.

"You bitch! You don't deserve to work here! You don't deserve to be around them! You're gonna rot in jail! Do you hear me! You're gonna pay for what happened! "

After getting Y/n discreetly to the hospital, I sat at the side of her bed for an hour until Kevin came in.

I looked up at him with my red shot tired eyes.

I cleared my throat and stood up.

"Hey man. Um, I'll get out of your way so you can be with her."

"Actually I wanted to talk to you." He said.

"L-look Kevin. I would have never asked her to join us if this was going to happen. Between the pictures and this, I'm really regretting asking her. I can't stand to see her like this."

He nods. "Namjoon, I was just going to say, don't beat yourself up over this. It's not your fault. I've seen the way you look and treat my sister. It's no denying that you love her. After the picture situation, I was ready to tell her to really think about your relationship. But I see how she's really happy with you. I know you'll take care of her."

"I do. I really do. I love her and I'd do anything for her. I know asking her to date an Idol is crazy and I'm still trying to wrap my head on why she said yes. She's voiced her worries and doubts about us and I've assured her that I will always have time for her and that I'll always be by her side."

"And you've kept your promise by being here." He said as he extended his hand.

We shook hands then heard something move. We turn our heads to Y/n to see that she was waking up.

"Baby?"  "Y/n?"

She groans and coughs. She opens her eyes and sees both of us on her sides.

"Did I win?" She says weakly.

We laugh.

I lean forward to caress her head gently to kiss her forehead.

"Yeah Beautiful. You did." I say.

I had my doubts about writing this but I'm glad I published it.

I don't know how many chapters it will take to end this story but they will keep coming lol I promise!
