Part 55.

Namjoon's P.O.V

I was sitting the studio with Vocal line as they did some background work on a song we were sending to Bang PD.

My mind wandered to last night.

' It's only been a few weeks. We were caught in the moment......Right?'

"Hyung." Someone said.

I blinked out of my thoughts to focus back on the guys.

"Hmm?" I hummed.

"You're daydreaming, Hyung."  Tae said.

I shook my head.

"Nah. Just focusing." I smiled, trying to convince him.

"Namjoon-ah, I've only seen you space out since we met the girls..or specifically, Y/n."  Jin said from in the sound booth.

"Did everything go okay last night, Hyung?" Jimin said.

I hesitated to say anything but I needed to talk to someone.

"Y-yes and no."

"What do you mean, no?" Jimin asked.

I shrugged and rubbed the back of my neck.

"We had a great time and we even fell asleep on the roof...but we had an important moment and the night didn't end like we thought it would."

"Did she say anything?" Jungkook said.

"She said there was nothing to worry about and it didn't ruin the night."

"Then why are you worrying?" Jin said as he exited the booth.

"It seemed like she wanted that moment to last and that didn't happen. I know I did."

"No?!" Jungkook said.

We all looked at him, weirdly.

"What?" He looked at the guys. "Please tell me you guys aren't oblivious to what he's trying to say." He stood up and gestured to me in exaggeration.

I facepalmed. 'This kid. No being discreet around him.'

He scoffed. "They almost slept together!"

"Jungkook. Seriously." I said.

"Sorry hyung." He quickly sat down.

Jin hyung cleared his throat.

"I-I know we don't really talk about this stuff with each other. But it's just bugging me." I admitted.

"What did you tell her when it happened?" Jin asked

"I told her that I was sorry because the moment was ruined and we had to stop because I didn't have protection and then I told her that I loved her."

"I think you should just talk about it with her, Hyung. I did it with Alex before we even talked about it but that's a different story."

"Yah. No one wants details, Jimin-ssi." Jin hyung said.

"You did not throw Jimin-ssi, in my face hyung."

The maknaes started snickering which led to Jimin glaring at them.

Jimin's "hurt" feelings aside, I nod.

"Yall have your interview after this right?"

They all nod.

"I'll tag along."

Y/n's P.O.V

An hour after we had talked about everything, Vocal line had come, along with Joon.

"Hey I thought you'd be busy with that track you have to turn in?"

"I'm just taking a brake from it. I wanted to see you. I just came to say a quick hi and ask if you can stop by the studio after you guys are done."

I smiled and pecked his lips.

"I'd love to."

He bid his goodbyes and I turned my attention back to the guys.

~Time skip~

The whole interview was so fun. Jin cracked some of his jokes during the session and I know the fans will love it.

"Thanks guys. I had a blast."

"I can't wait to do more of these Noona." Tae said.

"Every week on tour Tae." I say. "Look forward to it."

After they left and I sent the recording to Mark, I grabbed my stuff and headed to Rkive.

Joon gave me his passcode a while ago so I just knock and press the numbers to get in. He's sitting in his chair, back facing me. He has one headphone speaker on his ear, the other one on his head.

I smile since the position of his headphones makes his beanie scrunch up and his hair stick out a bit.

"Hey baby. I'm finishing this up and then I'm all yours." He says.

"Okay, take your time." I take a seat on the corner seat of the couch to get a better view of him. I can make out his face in the black parts of the screen.

'He is so attractive right now.' I internally sigh. 'I can totally sit here and watch him all day'

I look down and laugh at myself.

"What's with that beautiful smile?"

I look up and shake my head as I keep the smile on my face.

"Just made a realization."

He nods and gets up to sit next to me on the couch. He puts my legs on his to bring me close.

"I've been thinking about last night."

"Yeah?"

"I know you said that there was nothing to worry about but I couldn't help but feel like you wanted me to continue... safe or not safe, you know?"

'Be open. Tell him everything.'

"Yes. I did want to continue what we started. It sucks that we didn't get to but I feel like before that happens that we should talk about it."

"We promised to be open with each other. And I want us to, about this." He said.

"I-it's just I've really haven't been with anyone."

"I get that. I honestly haven't either."

"I just think that if we wait and find that moment again that it'll be worth it."

"I think it will be too."

I put my arms around him and place my forehead against his. He rubbed his nose on mine and started to lay us down on the couch. I lightly laughed at his actions.

He hovered above me for a second.

"You know, there are other things that we could do besides that." He said smoothly.

"Kim Namjoon. Are you trying to seduce me?" I smirked.

He smirked back.

"Maybe."

We laugh at ourselves.
