I am here at the salon, with my friend. Fronti told me to conform to a new hairstyle trend. She can’t please me, kaya sinamahan ko na lang siya.

This one became her hobby. Changing hairstyles, new colors, and highlights. She has the face, that’s why the changes match her look.

Waiting beside her, I looked at the magazine that this salon have. Para hindi rin ako ma-bored kakahintay sa babaeng ‘to.

I can’t blame her if she asked me to accompany her, lalo na’t lalaki ang younger brother niya. She only trusts me dahil matagal na kaming best friend.

“Bakit ayaw mong magpagupit ng maikli?”

She asked me, looking at the large mirror to see me.  I looked at her reflection, too and arched my brow.

“Sobrang haba ng buhok mo, ayaw mo talaga pabawasan?” Pangungulit pa niya.

She didn’t stop asking me many times why I don’t wanna cut my hair, and medyo napapagod na akong mag explain sa kaniya kung bakit.

I bet she will forget it na naman. Too much busy in her profession, to the point na ang bonding namin ay ganito na lang.

“I just don’t want to,”

The only reason which is valid for me. I have nothing to say naman, since ayaw kong mag ibang nakikinig kapag nag-uusap kaming dalawa.

“Papangit ako ‘pag maiksi buhok ko.” I rolled my eyes on her, dahilan para kunutan niya ako ng noo.

“Malay mo hindi,”

Pangungulit niya na naman. I always think about her having a sister, baka ganito rin siya mangulit.

“Hindi mo pa naman na try.”

I sighed, thinking that this woman won’t stop of telling me that many times as much as she wanted to.

Ganito siguro talaga kapag broadcaster, masiyadong madaldal.

I gave her a small smile before giving another attention to the magazine. I can’t remember how many times I looked at this page, maybe seventeen times?

It was a picture of  Yael, wearing his dark blue suit which makes him looks so handsome. His manly built suited his face card, plus his dark mysterious guy image.

He really have his glow up. Unlike me, who looks the same. Nothing changed but my height and weight. I don’t want to change my look eversince he confessed his feelings for me, hoping that he will like the same me.

“Let’s go.”

Thank god at nagyaya rin siyang umuwi. I was about to follow her when she looked at the magazine I am holding.

“Oh.”

I chuckled. Buti na lang napansin niya, baka madala ko pa ‘yon hanggang sa pag-uwi.

“Wanna have the same copy? mayroon ako niyan.”

I grinned. Fronti really knew how much I am head over heals for this man.

“Then send me a delivery, you already knew my address.”

We both laughed. Honestly, I have nothing to hide. Fronti knew that I still have feelings for Yael.

We didn’t wasted our time shopping. Parehas naman kaming walang hilig sa ganoon. Tahimik lang din kaming bumyahe while listening to the stereo inside her car.

“You're still the one that I love, the only one I dream of—”

We laughed so hard after we accidentally sang the same line.
