Kongpob's head tilted when he heard a slight sniff from beyond. When he looked up, he saw Arthit still in his last night's attire– donned with cat ears and Kongpob's clothes– crying on the bench.
He looked down on his feet and forced himself to walk towards the guy, but with only three strides, he was already beside Arthit.
"What's wrong? Why are you crying?" He thought he asked, but he didn't hear his own voice, but Arthit looked up at him so he probably questioned it.
"You're right, K. Kong's an asshole. You're very right."
Kongpob felt happy. "Really?"
"I don't love him anymore, not after what he did to me. He broke my heart. He made me feel useless," Arthit smiled at him and reached for Kongpob's hands. "Unlike you, I know I will be safe and protected with you. I know you're going to give me everything I want..."
Kongpob eagerly nodded because that's all he wanted to do for Arthit. "I know you're not going to hurt me like that, I realized you're always there for me, unlike Kong, I don't need a shy and lame guy like him. I want someone who's confident and a fashionable guy who only wears expensive brands."
"I'm all that."
"I love you, K. Now, take me."
Kongpob's eyes widened. He felt giddy. "Right here, right now?"
"Yes! Right here, right now. Now, make love to me and don't stop until the sun rises because that's how much I love you, K. Only you! The real you."
"I love you too, Arthit."
Before Kongpob could have another taste of Arthit's lips, he felt a soft cold thing against his lips that made him revert to the real world. He opened his eyes and saw Mr. Khan with an entertained smile holding a stuffed toy on his face.
Kongpob shoved the toy away from his face. "Just when I'm getting to the good part."
"You're going to be late for your job," Mr. Khan smiled. "I mean, Kong's going to be late. You have an early meeting with your team today."
Kongpob groaned and sat up, "Right. I hate those people. If only I could still be with Arthit, that'd be great."
"But you already decided," Mr. Khan stood up. "I assume that you had a great dream?"
Kongpob dreamily smiled. "Yeah, Arthit told me he didn't like Kong anymore, and he loved me back."
Mr. Khan smiled to support his master. "We'll get there, Kong. We'll get there."

Kongpob held himself from rolling his eyes and calling his colleagues stupid because of how farfetched and ridiculous their plans were. If he's still working under Arthit, he wouldn't be having any problem. He would be content with only staring, talking, and eating with Arthit.
Kongpob schooled his expression when he felt eyes on him, and he realized almost everyone was looking at him. He gave them embarrassed smiles and a small polite bow though he wanted nothing but left them to fend for themselves. Kongpob could be having a date with Arthit now.
"You! What's your name again?" His team leader asked.
Kongpob shot up from his seat and wai'd at the leader, "I-it's Kong, Khun." He slowly sat down, trying to ignore the stares on him probably asking, 'Since when is he here?' 'Who is that guy?' 'Do you know him?' 'No, this is only my first time seeing him.'
"Kong," Their team leader, fortunately, didn't ask for more details but it was evident from his face that he thought that that name sounded stupid. "And what do you suggest we do? Speak up so you can have a contribution. So you wouldn't be useless with your salary."
