Time heals all wounds.

This is the truth for Arthit almost 6 years after. And though it took them that long before every pain, hatred, distrust, guilt, shame, insecurity and betrayal in them healed, it was worth it.

Because they can look at their past and just laugh about it instead of feeling awkward and bitter about it.

Like when Kongpob disagrees to cancel their already pre-planned date on an expensive restaurant because Arthit realizes that a.) he doesn't feel like eating a gold-plated dishes and b.) they have more important things to do and it's a surprise.

"No," Kongpob says for an umpteenth time.

Arthit rolls his eyes and pouts a bit. "My first boyfriend wasn't like this to me, his name's Kong. If it were Kong, he would agree immediately."

Kongpob frowns but Arthit can see a clear amusement on his face. "Then you go to Kong."

"I might just go to him."

Arthit picks up Kong's glasses from his bedside table and puts it on Kongpob. "There, Kong!"

"P'Arthit! I missed you."

Arthit chuckles when Kongpob rubs his nape in embarrassment and bows his head a bit, exactly acting Kong's mannerisms. Arthit embraces Kongpob and cups his cheeks, leaning in but stopping for a second.

"On a second thought," Arthit removes Kong's glasses thick nerdy glasses and replaces it with Kongpob's wire-frame round glasses before smiling wide at his boyfriend. "There. Perfect."

Arthit then leans to claim Kongpob's lips and deepens the kiss himself, slithering his soft tongue in his boyfriend's lips to engage him in a heated make out.

Kongpob heaves a sigh when he pulls away from the kiss, he has a wide smile on his face. "I'm starting to think you're just with me because of my glasses."

"How did you know?"

Kongpob shakes his head. "Fine, because of your glasses fetish, let's see what you have in mind and your reason to cancel my very genius date idea."

"You're going to love this more."

And with Kongpob's efforts in earning his trust again, Arthit fully trusts Kongpob again and this time, he's ready to move on from everything.

"So, this is why you want to have all day to ourselves," Kongpob realizes as he looks at the several boxes scattered on their bedroom floor and sees the boxed they exchanged during their first breakup along with Kong's wonderful clothing and sets of watches and backpacks.

Arthit hums and proudly smiles at Kongpob. "I asked Loong if he could get me all the clothes you used to use and the box which I realized you haven't thrown yet as well. So," Arthit sits on the floor behind his box and points at Kongpob to sit on the other side. "Sit there. Today we're going to decide whether or not we're going to donate or throw these things away."

Arthit gives Kongpob a small smile. "We don't have to do this if you don't want to."

"No. I'm ready. I've been ready since last year, I was just waiting for you."

"Okay, let's start with," Arthit picks up a book with the ticket and their picture from the photo booth. "Tickets of course will be thrown away. But how about this photo strip?" Arthit smiles looking at it, they look so young.

Kongpob chuckles and raises his copy. "You know the funny thing is, when I first got this, I covered the part of Kong because I was mad at him."

Arthit snorts. "You know, I don't understand why you're so jealous of Kong when he's literally a part of you and he's you, that's your nickname."
