Kaliwa't kanang meetings ang inaatupag ko ngayong linggo. I've been really busy because Kuya is on a leave. Which means I have to substitute him for a whole week and I need to run the company without his help!

This is why I was never interested with our business. I don't want to take or to carry the burden. Masiyadong mabigat sa utak ang magpatakbo ng isang kumpanya. I want to live a chill and relaxed life that is why when it comes to topic about business, I'm out of it.

"Thank you for listening to our suggestions, Ms. Generoso." One employee from the Philippine said.

"It's my pleasure to listen to your suggestion, everyone. I would love to tell your suggestions to Kuya Ranz." Sagot ko naman at tsaka ngumiti.

"You're so beautiful, Miss Tasha!" I was fluttered upon hearing that from an employee.

Everyone smiled after hearing that. Siguro, namumula na ang pisngi ko dahil sa sinabi niyang iyon! I laugh a little and looked at the screen once again. Now, I feel awkward, knowing that everyone is staring at me!

"Let's end this meeting na. I know that it's evening in there. Almost dinner, isn't?" I asked them before ending the conference.

"It's seven in the evening, Ma'am." Sagot ng isa kaya tumango ako.

"Alright, then. I will and this meeting so that you guys can rest. Thank you so much!" I smiled and wave at the camera before ending the conference.

Maaga akong nagising para sa meeting na iyon. I badly want to sleep more but Eli is awake by this time. Kinuha ko ang mug sa study table at lumabas ng kuwarto. Para sa mga taga New York, ang August ang mayroong warmest temperature. Pero, para sa akin ay malamig na ang ganitong temperatura.

Umalingawngaw ang boses ni Eli sa living room. Kaagad niya akong nilapitan nang makita ako upang mayakap ng mahigpit. She is extra sweet today, eh?

"September is almost here, Aunt! Do I have a September gift?" She said and smile sheepishly.

"Elizandra! Stop asking for gifts!" Saway ni Ate.

"You know what, Eli? In the Philippines, once September drops by, it symbolize the beginning of the Christmas season!" I told her with excitement on my voice.

"Really?! I wanna go there! I want to see Lolo and Lola!" She clasped her hands and look at me with hopeful eyes.

"Next year, Eli." Sabi ko at kinurot ang pisngi niya.

Hula ko ay naghahanda na ng Christmas decoration sa bahay si Mama. Sobrang fan si Mama ng holiday season dahil nagagawa niyang mag-decorate at mag-plano ng mga parties at get together na siyang nagiging dahilan ng pagsama-sama ng mga kamag-anak.

Sayang at hindi ko namana ang personality niyang iyon. Pakiramdam ko kasi ay walang pupunta sa mga gatherings kung ako ang maghohost.

"Maaga ka ngayon, a." I heard Kuya Ej's voice.

"May meeting na kailangang attend-an, e. Kuya Ranz is on a leave." Ani ko at umirap.

"Halata naman na stress ka. Pero maganda pa rin." Aniya at pinisil ang pisngi ko.

"Bunso pa rin ang turing sa 'yo ng Kuya mo, Nat." Halakhak ni Ate Leonor.
