"Darling, it's not safe to go outside of the village without your bodyguards and I know how much you hate it when your freedom is being taken away from you. But, this is the only way to ensure your safety. It is too dangerous for you to go out without your bodyguards. I refuse to go out with my bodyguards and this is what happened. We almost fought because of it. I told Dad that I have the choice to go out with or without my bodyguards since I am old enough to do my own thing. But what Dad said is correct. It is too dangerous to go outside without my bodyguards.

"I hope you understand, Nat. There were several death threats being sent to my secretary and most of them were threats targeting my youngest child. I value you so much, Nat. I wouldn't be able to bare the pain if something bad will happen to you." Bumuntong hininga ako, nangingilid ang kuha noong narinig ko ang mga katagang sinabi niya.

But when he does, he make sure that he gives the best of his efforts to make me happy. I know how hard it is for him to handle all of these problems that we are facing right now.

"You are from a prominent family. You are a high-profile person. Many people are jealous of your lifestyle. Don't let their hate overcome you." Tumayo si Dad upang yakapin ako.

Whatever happens, the industrial trade will stay with us, even Gen Corp." Tumaas ang boses ni Dad dahil sa pananalita ng isa niyang kapatid.

Hinawakan ko ang kamay ni Kuya EJ upang pakalmahin siya. I know that he is pressured to death, knowing that his ex-girlfriend is one of those persons behind this big problem we are facing right now.

"Don't worry. Dad will handle this." Sambit ko at minasahe ang kamay niya.

Umiling lang siya at umiwas ng tingin. Pumikit ako ng mariin at tiningnan ang mga files na nasa harapan ko.
