We all walked towards the ice cream place. We had cleaned up the picnic stuff. Wilbur had the basket in his hand.

"So Gogy, what made you think you were you know" Tommy said as he walked next to me.

"Well you sort of know what you are attracted to" I said as I laughed.

"Really? So you were always gay?" (Tommy)

"Not really, I was questioning but now I have my answer" I said as I smiled.

"Oh okay" (Tommy)

We arrived at the ice cream shop. There was basically no one there. We went to go order. Tommy and Wilbur were trying the flavors. I looked at what flavors they had. I was just staring. I didn't know what I would like.

"You should try Raspberry, it's my favorite" a voice said from behind me.

I jumped a little.

"I am sorry I didn't mean to startle you the voice said politely.

I turned around. It was a guy. He had black hair, circular glasses, and was wearing black jeans and a black and white flannel.

"It's okay, and sure I will give it a try" I said as I smiled.

I ordered the Raspberry ice cream and paid. I walked towards Wilbur and Tommy who were already sitting and eating.

"Who was that" Tommy said as he got a spoonful of ice cream.

"I don't know" I said as I laughed.

We continued to eat our ice creams. The raspberry flavor was actually really good. We were just talking and eating.

I saw the guy walking towards us. He looked nervous. He left a note in front of me and waved as he left the ice cream shop.

Wilbur and Tommy just stared at me. I picked up the note and opened it.

"Hey, you seem like a nice person. I want to get to know you more :)
Text me if you want" the note read.

His phone number was at the bottom of the paper. Tommy snatched it from my hands and read it.

"No way" Tommy said as he gasped.

Wilbur took it from him and gave it back to me.

"Are you going to text him?" Tommy asked.

"I don't know, let's just finish this ice cream and get out of here" I said as I put the note in my pocket.

Time Skip

I unlocked my door and headed inside. I walked to my living room and sat down on the couch. Today was nice. I reached in my pocket. The note was still there. I pulled it out. I mean a new friend couldn't hurt right? I texted the number. I just sent a simple Hi. I nervously turned off my phone. It will be hours until I get a reply. My phone dinged. Well that was quick.

"Hi, who is this? I am really hoping this is the guy from the ice cream place lol" the text read.

I just laughed.
