Chapter 4

Katherine's POV:

"Excuse me miss, this is the VIP area, you're not allowed to be here," A Man came up to her with an apologetic smile. Next to him was a girl, who also seemed to work for the hotel.

"Well as you can see, I'm a VIP so I suggest you keep walking,"  Katherine said, barely glancing towards the man, as she closed her eyes . The girl scoffed under her breath and if it hadn't been for the vampire hearing Katherine would have missed it.

"Miss I highly suggest you leave before I call security, we only accept people who actually have money and real worth in this section of the hotel," the girl sneered, clearly showing her lack of experience on the job.

"She didn't mean that miss, truly," the boy quickly said, gaping at the other girls rudeness.

Suddenly, another woman walked past, her blonde hair pulled up and her blue eyes glancing from side to side. Her cream white skin was on display though there was no chance of her actually belonging to the hotel as she didn't have a white braclet that all the hotel residents were required to have. The other girl barely batted an eyelid. The boy though seemed to notice and went to quickly sort out the other women.

"Leave her Mason," the girl said to the boy, causing him to look towards her shocked.

"But she's not a guest Kaylee," Mason said, looking towards the rude girl.

"It's fine, honestly, this one in front of us is the real trouble maker," Kaylee pointed towards Katherine causing the petrova to raise her eyebrows at her.

"Why don't you just go back to your own country, your the reason America isn't great any more you and every single other foreigner out there," Kaylee said, glaring at Katherine.

"Kaylee, that's it, I'm going to have to ask you to leave," Mason said, completely shocked at his co workers behaviour.

"What it's not like I'm lying," Kaylee said before a scream shot from her throat. Katherine who was watching the scene with indifference before became completely furious once she showed her racist colours. She bit into the girl and drank her blood, making sure she felt every bit of pain. The boy who had been defending her, two seconds ago backed away in fear. She quickly dropped the girls body and smiled seductively towards Mason. Blood still present on her face.

"Your going to forget all about little old me. The girl was attacked by an animal, that's all you need to know," Katherine said, before she walked away from the mess, and used a tissue to wipe the blood from her mouth. Florida had been nice but maybe it was time for the Bahamas' Katherine thought leaving the dumbfounded boy who had already called the police about some rabid animal on the loose and the dead girl, who would never speak another sentence again.

This is a filler chapter which is why it's so short.
