FLASHBACK - THIRD PERSON

13 years old. what an uncomfortable age to be. the beginning of periods and accidental boners, mood swings and wet dreams, acne and body hair. what a shit show age. today was the day that leah birch was turning 13 and was deciding to have a little party at her friends house, isabella maye. they all told their parents that her parents would be home but all it would be was them two, a few more girls, and a few guys. the only issue is that leahs older brother had to take her there and home again so he had to tag along.

"lee! you're finally 13!" bella exclaimed as she greeted her friend and cold older brother. leah had long flowing blonde hair that she had flat ironed and scraped back with a headband. judd had recently dyed his hair black and had it styled in curtains. bella had her mousy brown hair curled and bouncing along her shoulders. they definitely looked like an odd combination of kids.

"i know! i can't wait to party! we're playing spin the bottle, aren't we? i've been dying to kiss bradley for ages!" leah practically buzzed with excitement as she bounded into bellas home, her brother scraping his feet along the floor as he did. the girls would probably be happy he came as a lot of bellas grade fancied the mysterious older boy. bella closed the door behind them and nodded to leahs question.

"of course! though i don't see what you see in bradley. he's not that attractive." bella teased her best friend, which made her earn a slap on her arm. judd had sat on the couch and began scrolling through his phone whilst the girls went into the kitchen, though they were basically the same room, just separated by a island.

"well that's because everyone knows what type of boy you like." leah whispered whilst sending her eyes in the direction of judd. bellas cheeks went crimson.

"i haven't liked him since he threw that ball at me and i fell into the pool. do you know how embarrassing that is?" at this point, bellas hormone monster popped up behind her, wrapping her hand like hair around her in a for of protection from embarrassment.

"the only thing wetter was your draws when he lifted you out of his way when you was blocking the back door." connie purred in her ear, making her flush even more.

"i don't know what you're talking about." bella dismissed, her eyes constantly shooting to the boy. he was blissfully unaware of the girls conversation or the burning sensation crossing isabellas cheeks.

"well tonight will test that, won't it? maybe one of you will spin the bottle and land on the other. we'll see who's over who then." leah bumped her hips with bellas as she poured some snacks into various containers. bella wanted to change the topic so she skipped over to a shelf that was just out of reach for herself. she managed to open it with her finger tips and reveal loads of bottles of alcohol. due to the amount she was home alone, bella knew her parents wouldn't remember what was there.

"alcohol!" leah squealed, going on her tiptoes to get a look at what was there. the pair had never really drunk much before, except the vodka and white wine they had at tallulah's 13th party of course. that was still the party of the year because of it, so the pair knew this stash would elevate their party to a whole new level.

"i can't reach any of it." bella pouted, reaching out as much as possible. her concentration on trying to grow a few inches stopped her from hearing the footsteps behind her. the only thing that made her come back to earth was the feeling of someone pushing against her to reach up and grab a few bottles. one vodka, one wine, one 'jack daniels'.

"sweet." the deep voice spoke with a smirk as his touch left bella, and left her crumbling on the inside.

"that man candy just pushed his whole self against you. you must be like a water slide." connie giggled, feeling flustered herself. bella shook her head and returned to the snack station, deciding to ignore that encounter. judd placed the bottles on the side, though kept the jack in his hand.

"what is that?" leah asked her brother, examining the bottle from where she was. judd shrugged and began unscrewing the cap. he took a large swig of it and swallowed, a glint entering his eye.

"i don't know, but it's mine now." he retreated back to the couch and on his phone, occasionally taking gulps from his new favourite drink.

"did you feel bellas warm body pushed against you when you got that? you need to-" judd cut off his hormone monster with a scoff.

"i'm not fucking that weird girl. she's leahs best friend." he dismissed him, his attention now fully back on the snapchat group he was in with his friends, well the closest thing he had to friends. it was oliver, tyler, and destiny. destiny had a crush on judd, ollie had a crush on des, and tye wanted to fuck anything that moved.

the party was in full swing and the underaged drinkers were definitely on their way to drunk. bella and leah giggled together as they decided that now was the perfect time for spin the bottle. brad had been making eyes with leah all night, and she was ready to make her move. bella grabbed a spoon out of the draw and stood on the kitchen island, wobbling a little as she did so. she clinked her spoon against her glass full of white wine and lemonade. the room went quiet and paid attention the the swaying girl who's face was flushed from the alcohol.

"hey everyone! leah and i thought now would be the perfect time for a game! everyone get in a circle in the living room and we'll play spin the bottle!" everyone cheered with excitement, obviously shooting their eyes towards the person they wanted their spin to land on. leah held bellas hand as she hopped off the side, then they joined the small group and finished the circle.

leah spun it first and it landed on reece grey. she rolled her eyes a little but complied to the rules and kissed him for a split second before pulling away. reece grinned with his braces on show. he spun it and kissed tallulah levine. neither of them seemed to enjoy it at all, but the group still gave a small cheer anyways. tallulah then took her turn, and the bottle landed on isabella. she took a big gulp of her drink before winking at her. they laughed together and leant forward, giving each other a small kiss. the group cheered loudly, a few boys shuffling in their seats uncomfortably. bella spun the bottle, taking a drink until it finished spinning. she put the cup down and followed the neck of the bottle to where it landed. green emerald eyes rolled as they made eye contact.

"judd! it landed on judd! kiss him! devour him! take him right here right now!" connie exclaimed as bella leant forward and placed her lips on judds. they were a lot smoother then she expected, and he tasted like jack daniels. they pulled away and bellas cheeks went bright red and burning hot. she finished her drink and cleared her throat.

"i'm gonna get a refill." she chewed her bottom lip as she excused herself from the group and wandered into the kitchen. she stumbled a little as she did, the alcohol hitting her by this point. she was burning up with nerves and moisture hitting her panties. she held an ice cube to her cheeks, praying they'd cool down.

"what are you doing?" she jumped at the deep voice. she put the ice cube in her glass and standing up straighter.

"i think this wine is making me sweat." really bella?

"gross." he arched an eyebrow at the girl before taking a big swig of his jack daniels. bella sighed, rubbing her temples and turning to pour herself another drink. she chewed her lip as she did whenever she was anxious and just focused on the moment rather then the burning feeling of those dark green eyes boring into her.
