There is literally nothing else for me to write, unless I were to make up a bunch of stuff just to drag the story on.
Davina stayed Regent because she listened to Catalina, which meant there was no reason to tear down the Ancestral Well, and thus, the Hollow wouldn't have escaped the way it did. The Mikaelsons would stay together.
They were still united, which kept the sirelings from causing too big of a problem. There was no beast, no deaths that would lead to 'The Bloody Crown' episode (even though it's such a masterpiece).
Lucien would have dropped his plan. He would have honored what Catalina asked of him. She's his sister, and the last thing he wants is for her to get hurt because he goes through with something that wouldn't end well. He'd eventually have found someone to be happy with, even if it wasn't Aurora.
Aurora may or may not have learned of how Tristan actually died. It can be whatever you want. What I'll say is that she didn't. She learned to live without her brother constantly shoving her aside and institutionalizing her to keep her out of his hair. Some part of me hopes she would have become better. Realized that what she felt for Klaus wasn't love.
I honestly believe that the Mikaelsons never deserved Kol. They were always excluding him and they acted like he was their brother only when it was convenient for them. He and Finn deserved better. Still, in canon, Finn had no right to have tried to hurt Hope, and to have killed Kol like that. That was just wrong.
What matters is that Kol and Catalina would be happy together. At long last, they'd stay away and focus on themselves instead of rushing back to the Mikaelsons every chance they got. Kol would definitely keep in contact with his siblings. But he wouldn't be spending as much time with them as he did in the past.

Writing this story was quite fun. It was a bit different, writing what was essentially a love story sequel of sorts, since the characters weren't building their love for the first time— they already had it, it had just been wiped away. I love Catalina, she's my baby. I hoped you guys like her as much as I did. Thank you all so much for reading and supporting me throughout this process.
