Beauty is different for everyone it is as tho our eyes are windows and every person sees a different scenery, our windows are splashed with colors and put through filters. We don't realize that we are all looking at the same thing the same person, same scene. We yell at each other for saying how we see the picture. Words are screamed at us through screens by strangers who took their keyboards and made hate over art. Our personality's and beauty thrown about through the different windows to the point were the windows to ourselves are cracked by the blows. We can no longer see what we use to instead of looking through we see the cracks and distorted images and look away. Society takes the one thing we love about ourselves and ruins it. Your not "Allowed" to eat what you want, you have to work out. Your no longer given the right to look the way you want to, your molded to fit the eyes of society to look through their windows and ignore your own. They take the things that make us unique and label them as flaws. Beauty is a concept created by ourselves and no one should be able to change your idea of beautiful. Your curves and freckled faces. Your loud red hair and soft brown eyes. Beauty is what you make it, beauty can be everything and anything all at once. To me Beauty is the way you smile when you talk about the things you love. The way the girl on my bus moves her hair behind her ear and read her book with deep consintration. The way the guy my friend plays his drums with such passion. How brightly my friends eyes shine when looking at people she loves. The light freckles across my best friends nose that show up the brightest when she blushes. The way the guy in my English class doesn't care about what everyone else thinks and is so simply confident. I think back to a quote I can never find the author of but " Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder".
