what is that moment
you know the one where your stomach turns to knots and your heat starts betting faster
the one where your eyes kinda glace over and stare at the wall
your brething gets faster and faster
people start to stare
they just want to know if your ok but you cant help but to think they are laughing at you
you ask for a pass
you run to the bathroom
you run into the large stall
the one with all the room
you collapse on the ground
you heart is beating faster
its going to burst
your hands become sweaty and your entire body is shakeing
your whimpering but your voice is horse
your throat is closeing up
you cant breath yet your breathing frantically
your glassy eyes are stareing a hole into the wall as you clutch your knees to your chest
your rocking back and forth on your side
you feel like screaming but are scared of attention
your throat is getting tighter
you heart is getting faster
you don't know whats wrong
you don't know what happened
you didn't know what went wrong
