Puppy love and dinner arrangements

 

Aria's POV:

It had been a week since I was really sick and I had only just gotten better a couple of days ago. I was cradling Cassedy in my arms whilst watching Rudolf play with his squeaky toys. They got on my nerves but they sure didn't get on his. I stared in to Cassedy's eyes as she stared in to mine. I wasn't looking forward to her growing up. I just wanted her to stay as a baby forever. She was currently 2 and a half years old. 

I set her down in her crib and I went in to the kitchen with Rudolf following me. He was such a mommy's dog. I stroked his short, white fur and kissed her head. She smelled like roses but probably because Ezra bathed him with rose shampoo yesterday. We never trusted those doggie parlour places because you never know what they are doing to your dog. Besides, it's very easy looking after little Rudolf. She loves baths. They're like her second favourite things with bones and chew toys as first. 

I decided that I wanted some greek yogurt so I grabbed some from out of the fridge and got a spoon. I was about to take the peel thingy off when my phone vibrated. I checked to see what it was and it was Ezra, texting me from work. I smiled when I saw the message he sent me. 

From: Ezra <3

I'll be going over to Phillip's place after work. I want you to meet me at Sandy's pizza palace at 7pm xxx See ya then x)

Ezra knew I loved pizza so this was extra special than you think it is! 

To: Ezra <3

KK, I'll see ya then. Love you x)

Seconds later, I got a reply.

K, love u 2 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I laughed at how many kisses I got. He sure was a special man and I was lucky to have him as my husband.
