After a happy reunion with Clarke, we are on our way to Becca's villa. And with 'we' I mean Emori, Clarke and I because the others are busy with Raven en making Nightblood. Besides, I needed some time away from the lab. Science has never been my strength, so I guess I'm a sports or languages person? Maybe that's why Trigedasleng seems intriguing. I can sense Clarke walking near me and it drives me crazy. After our little couch-adventure in the chancellor's office I left for the island and she stayed behind, but now, since she's back, I couldn't get my eyes off of her and I can feel my lower stomach burning hot each time she comes near.

We finally arrive at the villa and a delicious smell infiltrates my nostrils. Suddenly my stomach begins burning again, but this time from actual hunger. "You can cook?", Clarke asks even surprised as I am by Murphy's cooking skills. He doesn't respond and continues to read the recipe. "You can read?", I say sarcastically. "I know what you're thinking: why are all the good ones taken", Murphy jokingly answers while stirring a steaming pot. "I'm going to get cleaned up. You coming?" Clarke turns to me, still smiling from the pleasant conversation. "There's a room upstairs, down the hall", Emori says, hugging Murphy tight.

I turn on the lights as we walk in the room and immediately the fireplace starts burning. My mouth drops open as I take in the whole room. There's a grey sofa standing in the middle with green cushions on it and behind it the largest bed I've ever seen. I hear Clarke gasping behind me as the lamps on the bedside table turn on automatically. Then I catch sight of a large shower with some complex tech-stuff like buttons. "You can shower first if you want", I say to Clarke as I move to stare at the fireplace.

"Or... you can shower with me?" She bites her lip in an attempt to persuade me. And it's working. "That's nice", I stammer, not knowing what to say. Everything would have been better than 'nice', you idiot. Clarke's chuckles bring me back to reality. "Have I made you nervous?", Clarke laughs. "Oh please. I'm never nervous." I try to sound convincing and fail miserably as Clarke chuckles again. "Stop laughing and come kiss me", I say with a smile. Immediately she captures my lips with hers and she doesn't waste time going slow but kisses me hard. We shrug out of our clothes without breaking the kiss and stumble towards the shower.

We fumble with the tech and laugh at each other before a cold stream of water comes pouring from the shower head like rain falling down on us. If we weren't naked in a shower on a dangerous island, it would be very romantic. I look her in the eye and stroke her cheek. She looks like she wants to say something but instead she brushes her lips softly against mine. I kiss her back with  as much gentleness as she does before our kisses become more fierce just as the water turns hotter with each kiss.

It doesn't take long before I pin her to the cold tiles which causes a gasp from Clarke. I quickly distract her by kissing and sucking her neck and it seems to work as she moans ever so slightly. Her breaths become heavier as I go down to her breasts and take her nipple in my mouth. I swirl my tongue around it a few times as my hand travels down over her body towards her center. When I start to explore her already wet folds, she drags me up by my chin and crashes her lips on mine.

Clarke drags her own hand down between our bodies until she reaches my center and I let out an involuntarily moan. After an embarrassingly short time we both are panting heavy and with one more final flick of the wrist, my orgasm comes pouring out of me. I'm still coming down from my high when Clarke comes undone before me and I immediately put my thumb to her throbbing clit. We stay like that for a moment, catching our breaths before retracting our fingers. "Do you want me to wash your hair?", I say when Clarke finds the shampoo. "Yes, please", she chuckles.

After showering properly and getting dressed, we lie in bed with Clarke's head on my shoulder. "So, I've been thinking", Clarke says after a moment. "I've been thinking too", I say, sitting up. This could be a good moment to mention that we should move on and stop sleeping with each other. Maybe that's what she's been thinking too? Anyway, it's much healthier if we could just stop playing with each other's feelings. "You? Thinking?" She smirks, sitting up now too. "Oh, shut up", I laugh. "No I thought that, maybe, we could pick things up where we left", she starts a little nervous. Oh, shit. "We've been sleeping with each other for a long time anyway and we can take things slowly. We can always try", she adds quickly.

"Look, Clarke, I've been in love with you for a long time and you choosing Lexa didn't change that", I begin. Only the mention of her name causes Clarke to stiffen a little. "After... everything I wanted to be there for you but I realize now that I also need to move on. We both need to move on... and that's not going to work if we're back together or if we continue to sleep with each other. It's just not healthy for both of us", I continue. Clarke looks at me with those beautiful blue eyes that I love and sighs. "I know you're right but I don't want to stop seeing you." "We don't have to. We can be just friends, like old times. Totally platonic", I say, causing Clarke to chuckle. "Right. So... hug?", she says with open arms. I gladly accept the invitation and we stay like that until Murphy calls for dinner.
