The ribbon cutting was successful and officially our victorious badge are being donated to the cancer patient. Me and Puifah are present the celebration, we surely had an awkward treat to each other but we both engage a casual smiles and talk just to addressed each others existence.

Our school director congratulates us and made a short talk appreciation in front of the podium.

" Congrats Gulf" Matabang na ayuda ng katabi ko na may mumunting ngiti sa mamula-mulang labi nito.

Her swayed straight hair place gently on her shoulder and she carried it out like a pro model while her back curved in a poise manner.

" You too. Well done" I addressed back my congratulatory to her in a please manner.

Mr. Manhattan keep on talking in front while me and Puifah made a swift glances as if our mind talking to each others about our own addendum. More or less, we surely both think about our unfinish business.

The celebration went well, me and Puifah had a heart to heart talk to the patient and we both challenge to have an actual gallery shoots that we both did as their favor. In a delude moment, we forget our issues and have a good time with the celebration that we ended up a real smiles. Seeing the vulnerable people and the people behind their healing, it's just a kind of satisfaction that all of us seizing inside the room.

I keep playing the amount of whiskey inside my glass. I twirled it out while observing the happy faces of the individual inside.

My phone suddenly vibrate. It's a text coming from Brandon.

" Hurry up Gulf, I'm outside the charity building" Ani mula sa mensahe.

Napaurong ako.

" What do you mean?" Pabalik na mensahe ko rito na naguguluhan.

" Dito ko nalang sa loob sasabihin" Ani .

He seems like in a hurry. What's the rush I can manage myself without him fetching me here.

I hurriedly informed our director and the VIP people inside from my oust and didn't even mind Puifah presence. I knew she's looking at me so confused with my sudden rush.

I made my way to the glass door and walked straight. Sumalubong sa aking paningin ang isang Ford Ranger vehicle.

Naaninag ko mula sa clear glass na pinto ang pagkaway ni Brandon.

"He owned this, it's looks so luxurious" Napaisip ako, sobrang gara ng vehicle na may kataasan. This is usually used for hills hiking if I'm not mistaken.

" Bakit mo naman ako sinundo Brandon, with expensive ranger's of your's? Napakagalante mo naman" Nang-uuyam kong ayuda rito.

Brandon just quirk a smile and then start the engine.

" Pinasundo ka sa akin ni Mew" Imporma nito na ikinalingon ko sa nagmamanehong bulto nito.

" Ibig bang sabihin nito na talaga bang totohanin ni Mew ang paghahike sa "Hill Bound" Pag-usisa ko pa.

Pasimple lamang tumango si Brandon.

Sa naging tugon nito, napahinga ako ng malalim. We both argued this plan of him. Alam kong hindi kakayanin ng aking kapatid ang matagal na biyahe.

He even asked the doctor the possible reccomendation about the case of my sister. I thought, the doctor refused his yearning albeit the doctor necessarily gave my sister a motion sickness tablets as he allowing her to have a long ride.

Wala akong kawalan lahat ng mga rason na gusto kong ipanama ay naglaho. I feign a surrender.

Brandon is very skeptical to Mew. I don't know what's the inside stories about his issue to him but him fetching me right now is an enough proof that he couldn't fight back Mew's manipulative way of getting into people's nerve.

I only sigh defeatedly upon the realization.

Inihinto naman agad ni Brandon ang ranger sa tapat ng gate namin. Pagbaba ko ay agad namang sumalubong sa aking paningin ang nakaposturang si Mew habang nakasandig sa motorbike nito. He sports an all black present, a tight pants and wind breaker jacket. His hair flip back as his signature style.

Napatuon ang tingin ko sa gate ng bumukas ito at iniluwa si Grace.

"How was the ribbon cutting Kuya? " Bungad agad ni Grace kasabay ng paghalik nito sa aking pisngi.

Humiwalay naman agad ito sa akin atsaka sumampa sa ranger na dala ni Brandon.

It left me confused. What's with her mood today? Isn't she cautious with her health?

" Hey Grace-------?!"

" Kuya mauna na kami" Pagputol nito agad sa nais kong sasabihin ng nagpaalam na ito.

Nagpaiwan ito ng ngiti bago tuluyan pinaharurut ni Brandon ang ranger.

" Anong ibig sabihin nito" Usisa ko pa sa naiwang si Mew. Ang lawak ng ngiti nito ngayon habang nakatingin sa akin.

" Simply, dito ka sasakay sa akin" Imporm nito.

Is Grace really that excited to have a hiking for her to forget her boyfriend here?

Humaplos bigla ang mga palad nito sa aking pisngi na umani ng panginginig sa aking katawan sapagkat nararamdaman ko ang sensuwal na pagsagi nito.

" U--u--mayos ka!" Banta ko pa rito na nauutal. Umani lamang ito ng tawa mula kay Mew.

" Hindi mo alam kong paano ko pinigilan ang sarili ngayon na hindi ikulong sa mga braso ko" Nagtagis ang bagang na anya nito na may pagpipigil.

Mas lalong nanginginig ang tuhod ko sa naging pahayag. Kaya wala sa sariling dumistansiya agad ako at namumulang pumasok sa gate na parang nawawala sa sarili.

My affection really a traitor to my conscious. Do I have a choice?
