The student council
Yesterday was the only first time that Cale had heard about that group.
It was when someone from the council called his father to tell him about how serious Cale's injury was, even though it was a light injury and how they wish for his quick recovery as if they were friends with Cale.
Cale had never heard something so unbelievable in his entire life.
That was why he was so curious about this so-called student council. And seeing how Choi Han just reacted, he felt like it was more than to meet in the eyes.
"So, what the hell is wrong with this council?"
"That's what I wanted to ask you, Cale-nim. Just what did you to them on your first day for the prez to personally come to look for you?"
"I didn't do anything! I didn't even bump into them, so how the in the world could I even do something to them?"
"Y-you didn't..?" Choi Han couldn't believe it.
"Do I look like I'm lying? Why should I do something so annoying?"
Pfft
Choi Han laughed at Cale's choices of word.
"What are you laughing at?"
Choi Han quickly fixed his composure and answered in serious voice.
"It's nothing, Cale-nim. I'm just glad that you didn't. Because, the council is a very secretive group. You can never tell what they were up to. They claimed to keep the school in peace but they never do anything about students violating the school rules. They were more like keeping themselves in peace. That was why Disciplinary Committee was created—"
"Wait, wait! Aren't the council and the dc usually on the same side?"
"Yes, that usually is. But it's not the case here in Crossman Campus, Cale-nim. That's why it's complicated. Unlike how the dc try to keep the violated students and especially the WS gang in check, the council did nothing at all. Isn't that strange? That's why you, new student, shouldn't go around messing with that kind of group."
"Then, Choi Han. Which side is a top student like you on?"
Choi Han was a bit surprised to see the calm Cale asked as if it was nothing.
"Uhm.. the dc?"
Cale tapped on Choi Han's shoulder and said a short statement.
"Ah, I see." He then stretched both of his numb hands before continued. "Hmm.. let's go and see what the prez looking for me for, shall we?"
Choi Han could only shut his mouth at this new Cale that he couldn't have guessed to have such a calm demeanor.
Both of them didn't say anything else and left the empty classroom.

In class A-2,
The person that Alberu was looking for, finally arrived although he was with a familiar figure. He then clicked his tongue quietly at Choi Han before observing the red hair, Cale Henituse.
"Nice to meet you, Cale Henituse. I'm Alberu Crossman, the president of the council."
While walking toward Cale, Alberu smiled brightly and reached his hand out to him.
The students was in awe at how majestically he smiled while Cale was in disbelief.
'Is this really the same person who said something so unbelievable to my father yesterday?'
