*Today's chapter is a bit short.
The two dongsaeng and hyung were talking and chatting about their life when they were away from each other, and soon their conversation came to an end.
Cale got up from the sofa and stretched out his hands. It seemed like his body had gotten so numb from sitting for too long.
The red-haired then confirmed with his hyung.
"Hyung. It's time to call Alberu-nim and others to come inside, right? Let's discuss the matter of me joining the council so soon."
"Yes, of course..." Lee Soo Hyuk agreed with his dongsaeng, but not even a second later did he recall something. "No, wait..! Actually, there's one last matter that I have to talk to you about."
Cale was curious. They had already been talking about that abroad thingy, and things that had been going on with their life during this past half a year.
What else is there to talk about?
The junior then plopped back onto the soft sofa and readied himself to hear his hyung out.
Lee Soo Hyuk was insecure. He looked back and forth between his cold teacup and his dongsaeng that was all ears in front of him.
'Should I really be saying this?'
He was conflicted whether he should mention 'that' or not.
It's better to hide it from his dongsaeng. But when things get revealed later, Lee Soo Hyuk was sure that Cale would feel displeased about him concealing that matter of fact.
The senior, he.. could bear the name of a bad hyung who selfishly did everything on his own accord for his dongsaeng's well-being.
But, to have his very close dongsaeng hated him?
He can't do that. Lee Soo Hyuk definitely can't make Cale hate him for that.
"Rok Soo." The senior called out his dongsaeng. He was ready to talk. "There's been something that I'm hiding from you. I can't tell you what it is right now, but I'm going to hide it for as long as possible until you find it out on your own."
[A/N. Aight, do you think you can find someone as honest as Lee Soo Hyuk?]
'Huh?'
Cale opened his mouth in shock.
Curious? Confused? Disbelief?
The red-haired was having a mix of those three emotions. He really couldn't understand why his hyung brought that up all of sudden.
Like, if you're going to hide it anyway, why making it sound so special that one couldn't help but to curious?
[A/N. I'm not one to say, but.. why does it sound like me who's been leading on everyone so far?]
But, well, even though Cale was curious about it, what can he do? He can't do anything when the said person saying that he would hide it from him at all cost like this.
"Okay. Got it. So, what's the point of bringing that up?" Cale's reaction was calm. He knew that his hyung wouldn't back down even if he were to keep on insisting of wanting to know it. He is a person of his word. That's why Cale just chose to play along with Lee Soo Hyuk's little idea.
"Emm.. the thing is.. would you.. promise to not hate me when you found out about it?"
OK. Now this is a total bullshit!
What the hell is up with his hyung? Trying to hide it and then, ask for forgiveness beforehand? Who in the world would do something so unbelievable like this?
