Chapter 9 - The disiplinary committee (2) ⚔️

"Then, Mr. Cale, would you like to sit down and have a cup of tea first?" The dc leader, Jack, didn't seem to be bothered by Cale or who he introduced himself as, too. All he cared was to welcome his guests warmly to the point that no one would ever doubt about him being the school's saint.

Meanwhile, the other three members was staring at the Cale and the boldness that led him here even though he knew from the start that he would not be welcomed here. He dared to do it even if he knew. It was as if.. as if he was trying to test their patience.

Right, Cale was definitely trying to test their patience, to see how much they despise the council and how far they would do to chase, himself, the unwelcome guest, out.

But Cale was a bit taken aback because of how nice the group leader was in opposition to the other three members.

He then decided to take up the offer of the dc leader.

"That would be—"

'—great' or not.

It was because Choi Han stepped forward and changed the direction of Cale's words.

"That would be troublesome, because we have to return to the classroom now, right, Cale-nim?"

Like it or not, Choi Han seemed to have no more plan on letting Cale did whatever he want again, not after asking him to come and just say hello but then caused a big commotion to his fellow group members.

"Choi Han, that's—" Cale tried to stop Choi Han who was saying things that Cale himself didn't mean it.

But what came after that, made Cale shut up for the first time.

"You've done saying hello, right?" Although Choi Han just repeated what Cale had said when he asked him to come and say hello, but Choi Han's gaze toward Cale was saying that he would not allow Cale to cause any more troubles under his, one of the group member's, name.

Cale had no choice but to follow Choi Han's words even though he was screaming inside.

'This vicious punk..!

Can't he just let me stay for a little bit more?

I just wanted to have a little chat..!

It's not like I'm causing any troubles by doing so..!'

Thought the guy who made the entire group looked at him in awe, wondering if his face was made out of steel, to not even move an inch after telling him it was against the group's rules for him, the soon-to-be or the supposed whatever of the council to be here.

Choi Han bowed down to the group members as well as the group leader and bid them goodbye.

"I will be responsible for today's commotion. Then, please excuse us."

Cale's gaze was asking 'what commotion' when Choi Han pretended not to see it and placed his hand on Cale's shoulder while saying "Let's go, Cale-nim."

One member and three non-members left the room when Hannah muttered something to herself.

"Arrogant fool." she was saying that Cale was really destined to be one of the council's member because he was no different from those arrogant council members who only did what the hell they wanted to do just because they think they were superior to anyone else.

Classes after visiting the dc passed by quickly as Cale didn't pay much attention to it because he was still feeling uncomfortable with Choi Han even after apologising so many time that he didn't mean to cause any troubles.
