I'm twenty-three weeks pregnant now, I had my anatomy scan a few weeks ago. Today, is the gender reveal party. Steph insisted on planning it. We had to plan it on a day when everybody was available all at once, which is why it took so long for the party to happen. I've been anxiously awaiting this day, I just wanna know what I'm having, so I can pick out names and go broke buying baby clothes.

I invited Auston to the reveal, just because he is the baby's father and it wouldn't be fair to completely cut him out, even though he's a complete pain in my ass.

William and I are still together, stronger than ever. He's excited for the baby, now. It may not be his child but he's excited to be by my side and watch the baby grow up. Plus, I think he's just excited to get the baby to play hockey when they're older.

My morning sickness is starting to subside, I still have days where I can't even stomach a sip of water but I'm starting to be able to keep meals down.

William and I just pulled up to the park where the gender reveal is being held at. I was wearing a white maternity t-shirt and black leggings. I didn't have the energy to put towards my appearance.

"You excited to find out what we're- I mean you're having?" Will asked. I think he forgets sometimes that this isn't his baby, I think it hurts him a little bit.

"Yeah. I can't wait to pick out names" I told him as we got out of the car. We met at the front of the car and linked hands.

We walked over to where everybody was. There were pink and blue balloons everywhere. Steph had snacks and drinks set up and some people brought gifts. Steph, everybody on the Leafs, and my brothers had showed up. I wish my mom was here but she doesn't care about anybody but herself and my grandparents passed away. So the only people I really have aside from William and Steph are my brothers.

"I'm so glad you guys finally made it!" Steph said, giving me a hug. We were a little late because I puked right as we were heading out and I had to make an outfit change.

"Sorry that we're late, you know how much trouble my spawn gives me when I eat or drink" I lightly chuckled.

"It's completely fine! Let's get everybody gathered up so we can do the reveal! Do you wanna do this with Auston or by yourself?" She asked.

"Auston" I replied, looking at William to make sure he wouldn't be upset with my decision, he nodded in approval. I really wanna give Auston a chance to be apart of everything involving the baby, it's just up to him if he wants to be or not. Plus, it'll probably be a shock to everybody here that the baby is Auston's and not Will's especially since I've never had a relationship with Auston.

"Let me go find him" she stated. I nodded and looked at William.

"You're not upset that I wanna do this with Auston, right?" I asked.

"Nah. He's the baby's dad, I get it. It's still a little weird to think that he's the dad and I'm not because I've been the one by your side through all of this" he replied.

"I love you" I told him.

"I love you too, babe" he replied. I smiled at him as Steph brought Auston back with her.

"You guys ready to do this?" She asked Aus and I. We nodded.

"Guys! We're about to do the reveal!" Steph shouted at everybody.

Everybody gathered around Auston and I. Steph grabbed the things needed to do the reveal.

She handed us each a confetti cannon.

"On the count of three, pull the string!" She told us. Everybody counted to three and a bunch of blue confetti launched up into the air.

"IT'S A BOY" everybody shouted. Auston and I hugged each other and I walked over to Will and my brothers.

"Congrats!" Corey told me as him and Kody gave me a hug. They let me go and I gave William a hug and a kiss.

The rest of the gender reveal went on, I didn't really see much of Auston after we did the reveal. I'm not sure if he stayed for the entire thing or left.

We opened up the gifts that some of guests brought. Some of it were cute little gender neutral outfits and stuff of that nature and then a lot of it was baby Leafs gear.

Willy has been acting a little weird since the reveal. I'm gonna ask him what's bothering him.

"Hey, babe, you doing okay?" I asked.

"Yeah, why?" He replied, his eyes still glued to his game. He's playing the new Call of Duty game.

"You've been acting weird since the reveal" I told him.

"What do you mean?" He asked, his eyes still not leaving the screen.

"Can you get off your game for a minute? So we can actually talk" I asked. He nodded and paused his game. He turned his full attention onto me.

"You've just been really quiet and kinda out of it. I'm not sure if something is bothering you or not" I explained.

"I mean, it kinda bothered me that you and Auston hugged after you guys found out the gender. I didn't wanna say anything because you were so happy to find out what you were having and I didn't wanna start anything" he told me.

"William, I chose you, it's always you" I reminded him.

"If that were the case, you wouldn't have cheated on me with my teammate" he mumbled.

"You cheated on me too" I stated.

"Only because you did!" He shot back.

"You didn't even know for sure that I cheated before you decided to cheat back, William" I replied. He rolled his eyes.

"Well, it was pretty fucking obvious, Sadie" he snapped.

"I'm going home. I don't have to listen to this" I told him, getting up from the couch. He just stared at me as I gathered my things.

"I love you" he said, quietly.

"I love you too" I mumbled. He got up from his seat and approached me.

"You don't need to leave, I'm sorry" he apologized.

"It's fine. I understand, we're in a weird situation." I sighed. He wrapped his arms around me and kissed the top of my head.

"We'll get through this" he replied.

This should be a happy time but it's such a stressful time at the same time.
