'Why didn't you tell me," Jack whispered, his voice cracking with the sob he was holding back.
Jess forced a smile to her lips. "I didn't want you to worry."
"But I'm your brother! Sisters are supposed to tell their brothers things, you know!"
"But I knew you would react the way you did."
Jack groaned. "With good reason! You have Warlords and the Valeyard walking around in there. You know what they are probably doing? They are probably soaking up your regeneration energy to become real... If they figured out how to do that anyway."
Jess held her head in her hands. "You don't think I know that? As is, the blackouts are getting worse! I wake up and the situations keep getting worse!"
"Let's just hope that no Timelords come visiting any time soon. We have to figure out how to cure you-- if there is one."
"The Professor didn't seem to think so."
There was a sound of electricity and the siblings groaned as a car drove out of the Time Vortex. The driver's side door opened and someone stepped out. The man in the suit fixed his tie.
"It is about time I took a vacation."
He spotted the twins and smiled. "Hello. The name's Bond, James Bond."
"James Bond is a Timelord. Of course, why not?"
Mr. Bond beamed. "I see you have heard of me. Yes, James Bond is the name humans know me by. But most Timelords call me The Spy."
"But what are you doing here? We had this place booked for the next three hundred years!"
"The Manager died, unfortunately. Someone got him in between regenerations. So all reservations are now void. Looks like we are sharing."
Another sound of electricity, and a rather strange vehicle came out of the Time Vortex. To Jess, it almost seemed as if the vehicle-- she couldn't decide if it was a car or a boat-- was made entirely out of candy.
The man in purple hopped out of the vehicle, leaning on a cane, tilting his top hat politely.
"Hello, everyone. Wonka's the name, but you may call me The Chocolatier."
Jack turned to his sister. "We might as well put up a neon sign saying 'Timelords gather here'. I mean, seriously! Who's next?"
"Jack! You look more like your father each day."
They turned around. The woman in the wool frock shoved her umbrella under her arm. She held an arm out to them.
"Aren't you going to give your mother a kiss?"
"Mom, what are you doing here?"
"Jess Daniels, is that any way to talk to your mother? I thought my daughter-in-law had better manners."
The Master had stepped out of the Time Vortex. What was this, some sort of Timelord family reunion? Then, one more sound of electricity, and The Daniels' worst nightmares stepped out of the Time Vortex.
"Daddy, what are you doing here," The Empress spoke with an air of authority, her arm hooked through her brother's.
The Dark Thane spotted the twins. "Who are you? Why are you looking at us like that?"
The Empress turned to her brother. "Those are the Danielses. They saved me from Johnson's Boarding academy."
The Thane frowned. "I don't like them. Particularily that girl there."
Suddenly, Nikki and Lacey ran out of the house. "We are in troub-- Oh, I suppose you know already, then..."
The Professor and Vincent followed the two girls out of the house. "I told you to go somewhere where there aren't Timelords!"
"Believe me, we tried!"
