Meredith's POV

"So Meredith, I know you'll behave in the interview, but I'm not so sure about Ed. So basically just no swearing, telling anything like phone number or address, and just don't make people hate you really. Also, try not to cry, faint, or fart." Amy says quietly leaning in towarss us. We're backstage at the TV studio as of right now, and I'm quite terrified.

"I can manage, I don't think I would be that bad-" I try replying, but sneeze half way through.

"Lord bless your soul." Ed says quietly next to me. I don't know why we're all so quiet right now, I think they're, like, microphone testing or something in the actual stage part.

"You'll be great Mer-" Amy tries to reassure me, but I interrupt her with another sneeze.

"Are you sick?" Ed asks me as he drappes his arm over my shoulders. Without thinking, I take a breath through my nose and you can basically hear the stuffiness.

"I guess so." I laugh sarcastically. "Of course this would happen right now, right before this huge interview thing. Of all the times in my life, why do I have o get sick now?!" I huff out. I think we all know by now that I ramble a lot. Specifically when I'm nervous, anxious, mad, or just really emotonal in gneral.

"It'll be fine Merebear, no need to worry. I mean, I've been sick during a lot of interview and it's not going to make anyone dislike you. It happens to the best of us, and you know that." Ed says. Like I say before, he has those voice powers where he can make you feel any way just with his voice. He is a super hero, and that's his super power.

"Okay, okay. You're right. As long as I don't embarrasse myself on national television, I'm good." I say calming myself down as well, acting as if it's not a big deal.

"Anyways, you two have an hour or so until the show actually begins. You can do anything as long as you don't go out of the fence and gates outside, I'll call or text one of you when it's time to come back." Amy says before walking off. She's always so busy, always has somewhere to be and speaks so fast. Yes, she's nice, but you can never really have a full conversasion with her when she always needs to do something.

"What do you want to do?" I ask him looking up to his face. My arms are now around his lower back, and his hands resting on my hips as busy people rush past us getting ready for the show with equiptment and supplies.

"Well, we could go out back where the cars are parked and play some football." He suggests with his classical smirk.

"But she said don't leave the gate and fence, probably because she doesn't want us to be mobbed before the interview, Teddy." I laugh with obviousness in my tone.

"But there's that whole open area with just concret ground and the giant blac fence around it. I'm sure there are people all outside the fence, but they can't get in." He replies making me smile. "And we can sign some autographs while we're out there."

"I was thinking the same thing." I pause before pulling away from him. "Lets get some soda and snacks then go out, do you have a soccer ball?" I ask him looking around in search of one.

"There's one in the back seat of Ollie's car, we can just use that." He says while grabbing my hand as we walk towards the food table.

"We should probably get a car of our own when we move." I giggle picking up two bottles of coke as he takes a few goody bags filled with pastries and brownies. He nods in reply before we walk off down a hall. "Now, I've never been here, so lead the way Teddybear."

"I've never been to this studio either, but it's not that hard to find the exit. I mean, the door has a giant red exit sign above it. We just have to make sure we get the right one." He says not looking down at me because he's too busy looking for the door.

After five minutes of searching while looking aound, we find it and go straight to Olivier's car, which was parked half way in the garage and half way in the open court yard. "It's going to be loud and crazy when we go out there, Mere." Ed says grabbing my hand once again.

"I know, Teddy." I say opening the door and going out to where all the fans are up against the fence. It looks like hundreds, maybe even thousands from here. All trying to somehow push through the fence as if it was possible. Right when their eyes see Ed and I, their roars grow even louder than before.

Ed and I place the food and coke's on the trunk hood of Oliver's car and I gently kick the ball over to him. "I feel weird that they're all just watching us." I say only loud enough for Ed to hear. The curt yard is large enough where the fence isn't close to either one of us, but they can all see us through the large iron bars.

"Just go with it." He says in a low whisper. He told me once that he's still not used to this life style, but it sure seems like he knows how to handle it well. I mean, not many people can get used to it, but even fewer people can manage it correctly, and Ed is one of those few people.

Just as Ed and I pass the ball more and more, we get more into it and soon enough Ed and I are on oposite sides of the court yard. Now I'm only about four yards from the fence, so is Ed, but on the other side as I kick it harder to reach him from here.

After a while of playing, we go back and eat brownies while leaning against the wall of the building. "Hey Merebear?" He asks. At this point, all of the fans are still wild, but can't hear us. The two of us are speaking at a normal conversasional volume.

"Yes, Teddybear?"

"How long have we known each other?" He asks making me stop and think.

"About five months." I reply before focusing back on my food. It's just now that I notice how fast thie relationship is going, but honestly, I don't care. For all I do care, it could go faster. I say, if you're happy, might as well make it worth while. Ed makes me happy, so I'm going to use that.

"When id Shannon and your dad going home?" He asks changing the subject. It was quite obvious he was about to ask another question, but decided against it.

"In like two or three day, I think." I reply. Although our words are speaking on a different subject, I can't stop thinking of the last. "You know what I've realized?"

"What?" He asks looking away from his food this time and looking straight into my eyes, just like I love.

"Life it better with a Teddybear."
