Thinking Out Loud // Ed Sheeran

Chapter 49.

Do you guys want more of Ed's pov, or like how it is now when his pov comes in once in a while?

Ed's POV

After all the audience if filed in, they're either looking at Meredith and I, or speaking to their friends. Well, most of them are looking at the two of us, I tend to see almost everyone looking specificaly at Meredith scoffing down the brownies again.

"And we start in five, four, three, two, one." A man says from the side after the audience quiets down. I looking to Meredith to see her panicking, she has a half eaten brownie in her mouth while live of tellevision, I bet she didn't think this through.

I laugh to myself while she manages to finish it as the interviewer gives the introduction. "Today I have two most wonderfully tallented people here with me. Please welcome the power couple of the year, Ed Sheeran and Meredith Jane." She says holding her hand out to gesture to us.

"Hi, nice being here." I reply as the audience claps and cheers. I can feel Merediths hand grab mine as I pay attention to Carry.

"Thank you, how are you two? I've heard so much about you, what do they call you together again?" She asks very fast. The audience go silent as they watch the interview.

"I believe they call us Merebear." Meredith says jumping right in. I know she's a great public speaker, but I though it would take her a little time to get more comfortable before answering questions because of how terrified she was earlier.

"How cute, why is that?" Carry asks with a large smile just like whe she first came and sat down.

"Well, she calls me Teddybear and I call her Merebear. I guess it's just our little thing." I say making sure I'm still holding Meredith's hand. I feel like I have to hold it on tv to show that we're together for two reasons; I don't want fans thinking we're faking dating because management told me to, and I want to show that she's mine and is defiantly off the market.

"Wonderful, now lets get straight into the gossip." She says leaning in and crossing her legs. I can feel Mere's hand tighten around mine, probably out of nerves at the mention of  "Gossip". Meredith isn't one for drama and rumors, but then again, I haven't heard any really big rumors about us yet.

"I've heard you two are getting your own place together." Carry exclaimes happily, the croud seems amazed at this.

"Yes, actually we're going house hunting right after this interview." Meredith replies as I eyeball Amy backstage. I'm sure she told Carry that to make the interview mre interresting. But I feel like the fact that we're going house hunting next and we're getting a place togehter isn't her information to share, we would most likely announce it after the move.

"Nice, so how have you been Ed? With your tour just finishing and your music video for Thinking Out Loud being published and all."

"Well, I feel pretty good. I'm taking a tiny break from touring just for a little while for Meredith and I to actually have time together. And I wouldn't really consider the music video my video. It's more like our video." I correct reffering to Meredith as well. "We all put a great amout of effort into it."
