You shoes roughly hit the pavement as you began to speed up, the thundering of clouds scaring the living hell out of you.

You heard footsteps behind you, sandals hitting the ground.

Shanks.

You teared up, and pushed yourself to run even faster, scaling up the alleyway wall to jump over the dead end.

A hand grasped around your foot.

You didn't look down, you didn't even want to look him in the eyes right now.

"I've got you." You heard, before you were pulled off the ledge of the wall. You cried out, your chin slamming against said ledge.

You fell into his arms.

He looked down at you, a smile on his face as he ran his fingers through your wet hair.

"You're so beautiful, why do you have to make me hurt you? I don't like seeing you hurt." He said, and pressed a kiss to your forehead.

You didn't awnser, only sniffling as you looked at anything but him.

"Look at me." He said sweetly, but that sweetness was laced with venom.

You quickly made eye contact, and bit your bottom lip, more tears threatening to spill.

"I-im sorry.." you said, and leaned forward, pulling him into a hug, hiding your face in the crook of his neck.

He smiled, "it's okay, you've only got a scratch. Just don't run from me again, okay?" He asked.

"Okay.." it came out muffled, but Shanks still heard it, so he was content.

He walked out of the alleyway, and began the trek down to his ship.

Of course- you'd have to learn your lesson, but you didn't need to known that you still had to.

The crew watched as Shanks carried you back, all of then had pity in their eyes as they watched your sobbing form press against Shanks.

Benn looked to the side, he didn't really know what to say, Shanks was really adamant that you loved him when you first joined the crew..it was all normal Shanks stuff at first.

Then it escalated to this.

Everytime you ran away, he went off on his merry way to find you.

They really don't know how you did it. How you didn't kill yourself yet, to be honest.

Shanks set you on his bed, wiping the dirt off of your face.

You closed your eyes, your tired form leaning into his hand.

"Can..I get a bath..?" You asked lightly, voice a bit hoarse.

He thought for a moment.

"Can..I take one with YOU?" You rephrased.

His face bloomed into one that was flustered and happy, his eyes almost sparkling.

"Thats the first time you've asked that." He said, and picked you up, heading to the bathroom.

See, you were a smart girl, knowing how to manipulate the males feelings, it led to you getting yourself out of things rather easily.

There was one thing you NEVER did, and that was make him angry. Making him angry set off this weird fire in his heart, he'd drink, sob about you, ask you to love him, and if you pushed him to far, he'd use his Conquerors Haki to silence you.

You always comforted him in fear of being hit, but he...only hit you once. Once is too much, though.

Shanks began undressing you, peeling off the clothing that clung to your skin.

"I just love taking care of you, you know?" He spoke, "You're such a small, helpless lady, and you need me to protect you." He said, rubbing your shoulders.

"I...I don't need you to protect me, but you can do whatever you want." You said softly.

He clenched your shoulders, "no, Y/n, you need me, and i need you." He placed you in the water, and slid behind you.

You leaned your head against his chest, blankly staring off at the water.

Your slowly closed.

Shanks was marveling at how cute you were, gently pressing kisses along your cheek.

He slowly began to scrub away the dirt on your face, slowly rubbing his hands along your body.

You hummed whenever Shanks ran his hands across your waist under the water.

It...weirdly felt comforting.

You nuzzled your head back into Shanks some more. He smiled.

He messaged your chest, kneading and pressing his hand into your soft muscle.

Your eyes stayed closed, and you slowly drifted off, effectively sleeping.

....

You woke up on Shanks' bed, yawning as you looked around.

You sat up.

You felt a bit different, but couldn't pinpoint what was wrong.

[I didn't have the urge to write 'omg I have a dick,' i swear.]

You stood up, walking to the mirror, bites littered your neck and chest. You began to freak out, what the hell happened after you fell asleep.

You rubbed your eyes, getting changed into a random t-shirt and shorts.

You walked out into the daylight of today, and greeted the few members who were out this early.

Benn walked over, examining your neck and face, "nothing happened? Only some hickies?" He asked.

You shrugged, not really wanting to speak to him.

Yassop came over, "Shanks left early to grab some more beer, since he was the only one not hungover." He explained, "though, he seemed weirdly happy." He suddenly spoke.

Another pang hit your chest, stomach churning.

"O-oh.." you replied, " have to sit down." You said, accidently skipping over the 'i'.

Benn grew concerned, and walked over, sitting down next to you.

"Benn..I think I'm gonna be having a baby who 9 months." You whispered.

His eyes widened slightly, "...Well..we'll all help you, okay?"

You threw your arms around the first mate, sniffling as you layed your head on his shoulder.

He patted your back, squeezing you tightly.

"Whats going on here?" A voice spoke.

You felt sick to your stomach, letting go of Benn.

"We were having a conversation." You said softly, and stood up, walking over to Shanks.

He dropped the beer on the ground from about 6 inches, which wasn't much.

You threw your arms around him, smiling softly.

Smiling?

You mentally punched yourself.

Shanks wrapped his arms around your waist. "About what?"

"About..last night...what exactly happened?" You asked.

He got brighter, gently rubbing your lower back, "we tried for a baby."

"Oh, I thought so." You said, nuzzling your head under his jaw.

"I uh, can't wait to have one with you..." you gripped his coat.

You just, were really stuck here...forever.

Oh, how you hoped someone could come help you.
