~ 20 years later ~
"SMEE!!! MEN! HOIST THE SAILS! SCRUB THE POOP-DECK! TURN THE SHIP STARBOARD TO THE SOUTHERN TIDE! SMEE!! BRING ME MY NEW HOOK!!!" screamed James from his chambers. Except James wasn't his name any more. He'd taken the liege of naming himself: Captain Hook, or Hook for short.
Hook being the thing that was now attached to his arm in replace of a hand that was stolen away from him in that dreadful sword fight. "Aye, aye, Captain!" shrieked the rest of the crew. The rest of the crew were also lost boys, and Smee? Smee was his favourite lost boy apart from his deceased brother.
His brother ended up passing away shortly after Hook lost his hand. And in memory of him, he renamed his ship, the Jolly Roger with jolly being how he acted when he was living. "But sire! Peter Pan will catch you again! And this time, instead of threatening to kill you, he actually will!" called out Smee to Captain Hook.
In which the Captain replied:
"Oh, Smee. Don't you know? Death is the only adventure I have left."
