The lights flickered on and off by themselves. What happened next was unexpected. The sheriff turned around to see Willy the Weasel standing right behind her, gazing down at her. The sheriff tried to make a run for it but failed. Her upper body was sliced right off by a single hit of Willy's claws. There was no doubt she was getting back up. Ryder and the pups were caught off guard by what just happened as blood sprinkled all over them from the impact. Willy the Weasel was beyond furious.

"WHY, YOU FUCKING MUTTS! AFTER ALL THIS TIME, AND ALL THE ATTEMPTS I'VE TRIED, YOU'RE STILL NOT DEAD YET! THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR FAR TOO LONG! I'VE BEEN WAITING COUNTLESS HOURS FOR A MEAL, AND I'M GOING TO FUCKING GET IT!" He bellowed, flipping tables upside down as he approached them.

The pups managed to scatter and run for cover as Willy grabbed Ryder and threw him across the room, hitting the 'ITS YOUR BIRTHDAY!' button. The theme song for the restaurant started to play in a distorted and slow-paced rhythm as glitter began to fall from the ceiling. Ryder got up feeling light headed. The room kept spinning round and round in Ryder's vision as he couldn't see Willy come up to him and scratch him multiple times, painful groans escaped Ryder's mouth as the pups watched the scene unfold behind some tables.

"RYDER!" Chase called in dismay as he watched the animatronic weasel attacking his owner with scratch after scratch.

Willy paid no attention to the German Shepherd as he was concentrated on the ten-year-old boy. After a few more scratches, Willy finished the ten-year-old boy off by throwing him into the same ball pit that Liv's group fell in earlier that night. Willy trotted over to the ball pit to see if he had succeeded in killing the ten-year-old boy. After a few seconds of no movement, Willy stepped away from the ball pit to search for the pups.

"ALRIGHT YOU PATHETIC LOT, WHERE ARE YA?!" He asked as he examined the area in search of his next victims.

What he didn't know was that the pups had hidden in the kitchen right after Chase had called out to Ryder, in case of being caught. After Willy had left the main area to check the main hall, the pups peeked outside to see if Willy was still in the room. Thankfully, he wasn't and the pups ran towards the ball pit.

"Ryder? Ryder?! Ryder, speak to me!" Chase said hysterically as he started down into the ball pit.

A tear could be seen in the corner of his right eye as he wished for his owner not to be dead. The pups saw the German Shepherd's state and sympathized with him.

"Chase, I'm pretty sure he's gonna be knocked out for a while." Skye told him.

"Shut up, Skye. You don't know anything about what just happened." He replied, wishing that Ryder wasn't dead.

"Chase, he's probably dead." Rocky said.

Chase turned his head around faster than you could imagine. "NO! Don't you dare say that! Ryder's got to make it! He just got to!"

After a brief moment of waiting, Chase and the rest of the pups stood there anxiously. Chase was about to collapse to his paws and cry but that was all cut short after a sudden movement coming from the ball pit. They all watched as a hand arised from the bottom of the pit and grabbed onto the wall. Chase and the other pups couldn't believe it. Their owner was still alive. Even after all the hits he had taken from the animatronic weasel. Ryder stood up on his feet and was tackled back into the pit face full of licks by Chase. He had a few claw marks scraped across his chest and back but still managed to breathe through it.

"Oh my God, I thought you were dead for a second there." He said on the verge of tears.

Ryder only rubbed his pup's back gently. "It's okay. It's okay. I'm still here." He soothed.
