Getting Settled In

I walked to my bed and noticed that all of my stuff was in the room (clothes, cell phone, iPod, etc.). When I was putting things in my closet I noticed a big box laying on the ground. Cautiously I bent down and opened the box from the top. The first thing I saw was a note, and tissue paper under it. 

I decided to hold my excitedness inside and read the note first.

Dear McKenna,

We were going to give you this at our concert in Texas, but sadly we didn't make it that far. 

You need to remember that we are always going to be thinking of you, and we hope you

recover soon so that you can be with Sam when she has her baby. Wouldn't that be exciting?

Call us everyday and if you forget we'll call you.

We love you McKenna. Never forget that.

From: Austin, Alex, Dave, Sam, Harry, Niall, Louis, Zayn, and Liam - oh and Sam's baby. Lol

I put the note on my vanity mirror and took the box out of the closet. I opened it quickly hoping to find a person, but instead it was a guitar. Not just any guitar though. It was aqua colored and it had aqua colored glitter EVERYWHERE - its not the kind of glitter that you run your hand over and it all falls off, thank God. 

Underneath the guitar was a notebook full of song lyrics and how to play the songs on the guitar. Songs like:

*Our Song - Taylor Swift

*Skinny Love - the Ed Sheeran version

*Let It Be - the Beatles

*So Sick - Ne-yo

*Na Na Na - One Direction

*Say Something - Austin Mahone (no dur)

*Never Let You Go - Justin Bieber

and there were a lot more. Like I said. There is a notebook FULL of songs. And I like every single one of the songs. 

I heard my phone go off and I picked it up to see that Austin wanted to Facetime. I gladly accepted.

"Hey! Did you see what was in your closet yet?" he asked right away.

"Of course. Thank you guys. SO much. You have no idea how happy I was. I miss you guys so much already." I told him. 

"Aww it was nothing. We miss you too McKenna." 

"Where are you going?" I noticed that the backround behind him - he was right next to a window on the bus - was moving. 

"Um... hold on." He moved the phone a ways away from him "DAVE WHERE ARE WE GOING?!?" he yelled. He then blushed as I laughed at him. Dave mumbled back something. "According to Dave were going to New Jersey."

"Fun! Hey, if you meet Snookie tell her I said 'hi'. (A/N I don't know if I spelt her name right.) WAIT! What about when I get out of this place? How will you guys get me?" 

"Hmmm I think its called.... A PLANE." I laughed and then told him I had to go after he made me say "hi" to everyone else.

I sighed and walked out into the big room that I observed when I first got here. I looked around and then decided to watch t.v. At the time, the other girls were watching 16 And Pregnate. Sam. I miss her. What if I dont get out by the time her baby is born. No. Dont think like that. You WILL get out BEFORE her baby is born.  I looked around at the other girls and realized that all the other girls were staring at me in shock. I blushed and looked away. 

"Aren't you McKenna?" one girl asked "Austin Mahone's girlfriend?" I nodded my head and she started smiling. "I'm Sophie. I think my room is down the hall from yours." she told me.

"Yeah, I remember seeing your name on one of the doors as I was walking to my room." I replied. "Nice to meet you." 

"You too." she said before going back to the show. Well that was weird. 

"Sophie, can we watch a movie? I heard we just got a new one." Another girl complained to Sophie. Sophie sighed and put in the movie that the other girl gave to her. I think her name is Brittney. Okay, Brittney. Yeah, lets go with that. The movie started and I noticed that it was Pitch Perfect. My new all-time favorite movie. I just watched it a while ago with Sam. When the part came up where Beca (the main character) did the song When I'm Gone, Sophie paused the movie and said:

"Oh my gosh, I need to learn how to do that. Does anyone here know how to do it?" I raised my hand and she ran over to me and asked me to do it. 

I got up, went to the bathroom and grabbed a plastic cup. I sat down and did the song with 5 or less mistakes. All the girls insisted that I showed them how to do it, so they sat down infront of me as I explained to them how to do it.

after they were satisfyed I went to my room and layed down. Its been a long day.

I miss my family - everyone that I was just with on the bus - a lot. As I was thinking about them I started to cry, and then it turned into sobbing. I turned off all the lights in my room and silently cried myself to sleep.

Why cant my life just be normal for once?
