"See anything you like Miss Deluca?" Maya said flirtatiously, emphasizing on the 'Miss'.

Carina was left completely speechless. She was so flustered by the combination of what she just saw and Maya's boldness that she couldn't think of anything to say. How confident can a girl be Carina thought to herself. Maya cleared her throat in attempt to bring Carina back down to reality, which luckily for the Italian, it was a success. "Erm yes, no wait uhm" Carina paused. "Maya" she sighed. "The songs Carina, do you see any of them that you like?" Maya said as she waited for a response, looking down at Carina's phone. Carina let out a breath she never realised she was holding until now. She was relieved. Was she? Or did she want Maya to be aware of how she was feeling. Maybe this is all one sided and I'm getting way ahead of myself here. She is a popstar for Jesus sake. A very hot, sexy popstar Carina thought to herself. Little did she know Maya was feeling the exact same. Yes, she saw what was happening to her boss in front of her, but who wouldn't get a little distracted in a situation like that?

Maya could have anyone she wanted, and she knew that. She did know that, until she set eyes on the goddess currently sat across the desk from her. "So obviously you know by now you will be signing a contract with us. Unfortunately, you will be spending a lot of time with me, so get used to it". Maya was a little bummed hearing what Carina had just said. She seemed to be quite serious about it, so maybe she actually wasn't interested in Maya after all. The boss noticed the slight alteration in Maya's demeanour when she said this and as much as she tried not to cross the professional and personal boundary, she wanted Maya to feel comfortable and happy around her. "However, I am sure I will be able to find ways to make you smile now and again". "I have no doubt you will Carina" Maya said smiling. The meeting continued for another hour or so, Carina filling Maya in on the formalities and so on.

"Prior to you coming in I did do a lot of research on you Maya, everything from your professional music career to your personal relationships. You know as well as I do that everything is leaked into the media, but you seem to avoid the whole relationship publicity thing". "Ahh well that is because I'm not in a relationship right now" Maya said looking down fiddling with her fingers. "I have to say I am shocked; I don't know how anyone could leave you alone" Carina said muttering the last part. "You must get a lot of attention off fans though no?" she continued. Maya giggled lightly, "yes well I do, girls and guys really, but I'm not too interested right now. Not interested in a fling with a fan or anything with a guy at all". "Not into one-night stands, noted" Carina smiled flirtatiously. "How about you?" Carina once again taken aback by Maya's boldness. "Huh?". Maya continued, "are you into girls, guys, both, all at once, one at a time? If you get to know about my sex life and what I like, I get to know what you like". "I would much rather keep you guessing bella" Carina smirked. "But since you asked so nicely, girls and guys yes, more girls than guys but not at the same time. I don't share. And I certainly wouldn't share you". Maya was just as taken aback by Carina's boldness as she was, but nevertheless was loving it. "Hypothetically of course" Carina added, to which Maya replied, "now that really is a shame".

Carina suddenly felt overwhelmed with heat and could not control the growing feeling between her legs. Luckily Vic knocked on the door just at that moment and told Carina Andrea had called to let her know he would be back in town tomorrow and free for dinner tomorrow night. Maya, who was initially feeling a little awkward like she was intruding on Carina's private business, now felt a sudden surge of increased emotion. Was she jealous? Was she allowed to be jealous? How could she be jealous of a mystery man who is taking the most incredible woman out for dinner tomorrow night, probably to spend lots of money on her to win her over and at the end of the night take her home and spend the night with her and -. Maya was brought out of her thoughts by Vic closing the door and leaving the pair alone once again. Maya was expecting Carina to semi fill her in on the situation considering the very personal conversation they were just having before they were interrupted, but nothing. Not a word. Maya realised there is a possibility Carina had a date tomorrow night and she saw this as a challenge. If this guy is going to step up, then so is she. The meeting was coming to a close, so Maya stood up and put on her coat.

"Any further questions Maya, feel free to email me" Carina said as the duo made their way to the door of her office. "I actually have one now" Maya said looking up into the eyes that made her weak at the knees. Carina gave her a reassuring look to continue. "When you said earlier, I would be spending a lot of time with you" Maya paused as she leaned into Carina a little more, faces much closer than ever before, "how much time is that exactly?" Maya smiled and bit her lip.
