AN - Surprise! I'm back! I am so sorry it has taken so long to update this story, my motivation and ideas were elsewhere. I'm aware it has been a very long time, so I'm going to do a little recap in the hopes that it reminds you a little of what has happened so far:

- Maya and Carina are soooooo in love (obviously). They live together and everything is going smoothly on the most part.
- They have talked about children and marriage (especially when they took a trip to Italy for Maya's birthday and met Carina's mama, papa and her flirty, yet very nice sister, Valentina).
- Maya spent two months away on tour and they missed each other terribly. She came back to LA after one month to do a show there, showing up the night before as a surprise for Carina. They said their goodbyes and Maya left for another month.
- There was a lot of drama while Maya was away, including Giana the new artist, who is obsessed with Carina. She did in fact kiss Carina in a bar and Maya saw them in the back of a photo, but all was good when Carina finally got the chance to explain herself.
- Carina surprised Maya by turning up at her final show at Madison Square Garden.
- Carina had planned for herself and Maya to fly to Sicily after the last show as a surprise for Maya. They went to the vineyard they had previously been to and Carina proposed.
- They had dinner with Carina's family while they were over there and Maya asked for Carina's parents' blessing.
- When they went back to LA, Maya proposed to Carina in their garden with rose petals and candles.
- They also went out with Carina's work colleagues (and Amelia - ex sex buddy / friend of Maya & Carina and Teddy) and they both got quite drunk. Giana was there and Maya shot her down in the toilet when she tried to challenge her.

"you're my one and only bambina... nothing will ever change that".

Maya smiled widely, kissing Carina passionately and backing her to the front door. With one swift motion, she took the front door key out of Carina's hand and opened the door, not breaking the kiss once.

As she pushed the door open, she put her arm around Carina's back, so she wouldn't fall backwards.

They stumbled into the house together, Maya kicking the door shut with her foot. They slipped their heels off as they pulled away from the kiss, Maya backing up to the front door and admiring the view.

"My, oh my. The things I want to do to you Miss Deluca" she bit her lip, looking at her up and down.

"You can do anything you want to me... and it's Deluca Bishop, if you don't mind" Carina said seductively.

Maya gave Carina a mischievous look which she mirrored and just as Maya began to move towards her, Carina let out a squeal and ran up the stairs. Maya laughed and ran after her, chasing her all the way to their bedroom.

"I seem to remember telling you that you'd be punished for wearing that short dress" Maya smirked, edging slowly towards Carina as the Italian backed slowly to the bed.

"Oh yeah? Well I wanted to wear this dress tonight..." Carina teased, moving close to Maya so their lips were almost touching as she began to whisper, "what are you going to do about it?".

Maya took a breath in and smirked, running her hand through Carina's roots in her hair and pulling her head back, "I'm sure I'll think of something" she said, kissing her exposed neck.

Maya let go of her hair and grabbed the bottom of Carina's dress, lifting it off of her and chucking it to the side. "My naughty girl not wearing a bra either" Maya raised her eyebrows.

Carina held Maya's cheeks and brought her in close, "I know you love it bella".

"I do" Maya whispered back, breaking character for a moment as she kissed her. "I love you baby" she said softly.
