Name: Fujiko - meaning 'Wisteria Child' in Japanese. Wisteria are also poisonous to humans, especially the seeds.

Background:

With no memory of her life before the experiment, Fujiko, named after Wisteria and its use in poison, lived her childhood as an experiment of Orochimaru, undergoing various tests involving poisons and testing the side effects of each. What first started out in her being tested with a lethal poison, her survival lead to her taking so many poisons by the Sannin that her body became poisonous to the touch and her body immune to most poisons. Because of how many poisons have been used on her body, no antidotes work to counteract her poisonous skin. Orochimaru found her immunity to poisons and the change in her body intriguing and pumped her full of more and more poisons until he eventually lost interest and moved onto other experiments. She is eventually sold off to Danzo Shimura in exchange for interesting test subjects plucked out of the Konoha Orphanage. Danzo gives her a new name matching her poisonous skin and she is partnered with Torune Aburame and Fu Yamanaka to make up a three man team. At first, neither Fujiko or Torune dared to touch each other skin to skin in any way, because the chance of them killing each other was too high, however, during one of their training sessions, the two touch by accident. And nothing happens. finding out about this, Danzo orders for them to hold hands and test their immunity to one another and low and behold, neither of them die. From then on, the two become much closer than before, closer than ROOT agents probably aught to be, but manage to avoid punishment. With the two of them being able to treat each other like normal people and not someone who would keel over and die at the simple brush of skin, the two feel a sense of safety and normalcy with one another. Over time, Fujiko works on a cure for her poison, should she ever poison someone who wasn't meant to die, and finds that an antidote can be made of using her own blood is not only affective for her poison, but also Torune's. Around this time, The unrest between the Uchiha and the rest of the leaf village increases and the clan start to plot their que. Fujiko ends up in contact with Shisui during his efforts to protect the Uchiha clan and she can tell that their is more going on behind the scenes that has lead to the Uchiha clan acting out and drawing away from the rest of the village and for the save of the village as a whole, she does her own investigation into the files in ROOT to work things out. What she finds out is that Danzo Shimura, the man who holds her life in his hands, had manipulated the events after the nine tails attack to alienate the Uchiha Clan from the main village so that he could eventually dispose of them without consequence. It is around this time that the effects of the brainwashing on her are starting to wear off as her loyalty to the village outweighs her loyalty to Danzo. However, because of the seal placed on her tongue by Danzo, she is unnable to tell anyone of what she has found out.  Eventually, the day comes where Shisui confronts Danzo, and among Danzo's guard waiting with him include Fujiko, Torune and Fu. Knowing full well that Danzo has no intention of entertaining Shisui's suggestions, she has to watch as Shisui looses one of his eyes and gets poisoned by Torune. Torune himself appearing visibly uncomfortable with what he has to do become schooling his expression, his brainwashing up until that point teaching him that emotions were not necessary and to never question Danzo's decisions. Fujiko however has no delusions about how damaging the loss of the Uchiha clan could be to the hidden leaf and makes a split second decision that would unknowingly for her, change many things. She joins the other ROOT agents in tracking down Shisui and manages to find him first. She manages to give him the antidote and convinces him to help her protect the village against Danzo while she secretly works to get as many of the younger Uchiha out of the village while she can. From this point on, Shisui works in the shadows of the leaf village while being thought to be dead by everyone in the village and Fujiko takes on the guise of a serial kidnapper where she would target Uchiha children and bring them to a safe house outside of the village with the help of Shisui and later Torune and Fu who eventually come to their senses about the dangers of Danzo's plans. The Uchiha massacare still occurs, but to the outside world and the majority of the leaf village, only two survivors remain, when in reality, a fair few of the members have been smuggled out of the fire country. Over time, Fujiko expands her plans to take down Danzo by slowly converting the brainwashed ROOT members to her own side leaving Danzo to be the leader only on the surface when in fact, by the time Shippuden comes around, the majority of ROOT have switched sides to Fujiko's Leadership.

Blurb:

Having been a test subject of Orochimaru's since before she could remember, Fujiko knows nothing of the outside world and the effects of the various poisons coursing through her blood has left her with a body that can never be touched.

Seeing no need to keep a poison tester who is now immune to poison, Orochimaru sells Fujiko to Danzo for sensitive information regarding the leaf village and Fujiko starts her new life in the ROOT.

Danzo gives her the code name Fujiko for the Wisteria flowers poisonous properties and joins her up with Torune and Fu, making up a three man squad as they all train and grow closer together.

What will happen when Torune and Fujiko accidently touch skin to skin, and not only do they not die but are not harmed in any way?

Two people who wan only be toughed by each other, how can feeling not bloom?

Suggestions:

If you can't remember who Torune is, then he is Shino Aburame's older cousin who was raised alongside him after his parents passed away. Unlike the other Aburame, Torune hosts highly poisonous insects which he can't fully controle, meaning that if anyone touches him, they will die. Because of this, he couldn't attend the academy. Eventually, he offers to take Shino's place when Danzo comes looking for an Aburame to take into ROOT.

In the anime, very little is shown of Torune so we have a lot of free rain when comming up with missions to take up the space between important events while Canon is going on in the background.

Fujiko manages to break away from the worst of the brainwashing from Danzo and the ROOT, however, i doubt she would have dont this on her own. With her involvement with Shisui during the start of the Uchiha's plans for the coup'deta, it is likely that he has something to do with her getting her act together.

Torune is already loyal to the Aburame clan and more likely Shino and the main branch because of them taking him in as a child and his devotion shows in his decision to take Shino's place, so their is an easier chance of Torune turning against Danzo once he realises that Danzo is a danger to the Aburame.

Fu Yamanaka as well, being from the Yamanaka clan would have a stronger sense of will, though he seems to me that he would be the hardest to turn against Danzo. It is still possible though with help either from Shisui, or perhaps involving the Yamanaka themselves. Fu is likely either a branch member or an illigitimate child since clan kids are usually kept a close eye on by the clan, so we could perhaps find his biological family of contact Inoichi to help reverse the brainwashing.

And Fu himself could have a large part in helping turn the other ROOT against against Danzo because of his Yamanaka Background.

We could have OC's or general members of ROOT from many different clans in Konoha and perhaps even outside Konoha that have been collected by Danzo over the years to eventually, when the truth about Danzo comes out, the fact that the majority of the clans are involved would piss a lot of people off.

Fujiko is placed on the same team as Torune Aburame and Fu Yamanaka who were originally a Duo in the Anime. so with the addition of Fujiko , they become a three man squad. With Fu being a Yamanaka, it is possible for him to break out of ROOT's brainwashing thanks to his background, or perhaps contact his family/relatives to break him out of the brainwashing instead.

within the ROOT, to avoid members possibly regaining their morality and turning against Danzo, their could have reeducators and things in place that would reinforce the brainwashing whenever an agent shows evidence of hesitation.

Their may be a chance that Lillium's condition can be cured by detoxifying the poison in her body, however, if she is ever cured, then her poison resistance will decrease and she won't be able to touch Torune anymore.

We could have a scene in the book where someone intentionally cures Lillium so that she gets poisoned by Torune later.

We still have the antidote to help this, however, the antidote is hard to make so their will only be a set about. Their is also the possibility of either Danzo, Kabuto or Orochimaru stealing the antidote and destroying it so that when the antidote is needed, it isn't there.
