Name: Inochi Yamanaka - meaning 'Precious Live' in Japanese. Also goes by Chi which means 'God' in African, and 'House/Thousand Love/Pond/Pool' in Japanese. Her last name of course comes from the Yamanaka clan which means 'Middle of Mountain'.
Background:
Inochi Yamanaka, or Chi for short, is the younger twin sister of Ino Yamanaka. But she was once Emily Young, a Psychiatrist specialised in war veterans and trauma victims. Having woken up in the familiar world of Naruto after being killed while protecting a patient who had been having a panic attack, she knew she had her work cut out for her. She become fiercely protective of her how older sister Ino and adored her father Inoichi who she new would die in the comming war if things didn't change, not to mention Shikaku and several others who became an almost contract in her life. She starts her training as soon as she can while making connections with the other heirs of the clans in her generation while planning out how she is going to change things and one thing was for certain. Danzo needed to go, preferably before the Uchiha Massacare, and she couldn't do this alone. She does her own investigations into the missing children around Konoha who had likely been absorbed into ROOT while learning her clan jutsu in secret as she was deemed as too young, eventually catching the attention of Itachi Uchiha and Shisui after she finds proof of the villagers being subtilty manipulated against the Uchiha clan to see them in a bad light. They end up agreeing to work together and Chi even confides in them about her last life and knowledge about this one, having them look into her memories with their Sharingan and her own Mind Jutsu as proof of her knowledge and convince them that their current path will only lead to the destruction of the Uchiha Clan. They eventually bring their findings to Fugaku Uchiha as well as the Ino Shika Cho clan heads since Fugaku would be too proud to turn to another clan on his own. Having how brought the clans together towards a common enemy, this leads to the four clan's alliance against Danzo which thus prevents the Uchiha Massacare. Meanwhile, Inochi and Ino attend the academy with the other clan kids and are drawing closer and closer to graduation, though only one of the twin sisters will join the new generation of Ino shika Cho, though Chi had plans of her own while her sister took over as heir. When the time came for her class to graduate, Chi passed with flying colours and was placed in an apprentice instead of a team as her teachers and her father belived she would be better suited to follow a specific specialization. This lead to a newly graduated Inochi arriving at the T&I headquarters at 4 in the morning, thus starting her gruelling training under one, Ibiki Morino, and they get along. May god help any who stand in her way.

Suggestions:
Before her death, chi had been a psychiatrist that mainly dealt with war veterans and those who had gone through trauma. This often meant that some of her clients could become violent and or have sever PTSD. The incident that lead to her death had begun with a client of hers who had been having a PTSD panic attack and lashed out which lead to a bystander calling the police. While trying to calm him down, the police who hadn't known the full story and were only aggravating the situation opened fire which lead to Chi jumping in front of her client to protect him.
She is the younger between the two sisters, meaning that Ino would still be first in line to take over as clan head once she was older, which Chi was completely fine with though this may come into play later on as Chi would be quite a good fit for clan head.
