Chapter 2- Street Rallies

The next day Yugi woke up to find himself facing the pharoah. For a moment Yugi lied there shocked. Then he began to focus on the pharoah's peaceful face.

'He looks so peaceful' Yugi thought to himself.

Then Yugi lifted his hand to touch Atem's cheek. When he did however Atem gave a slight moan of delight at the feathery touch. Yugi pulled his hand back quickly.

'How did he feel that. I did that to Ryou and he didn't wake up. And Ryou is a pretty light sleeper' Yugi thought to himself.

Then he remembered where he was. Yugi tried to get out of bed, but Atem's arms tightened around his waist. Then he tried to slip through Atem's grip by scooting up. It worked. When he was finally out he changed, set out Atem's clothes, and went to the kitchen to make some food. Atem, feeling that the warmth of the other's body had left, woke up feeling empty.

'Who would've thought that I would have fallen for an innocent angel like him' Atem thought.

Then Atem got up and took a bath. When he got out he began to change into his clothes. When he was done Yugi came back into the room with a tray of food.

"Morning, master" Yugi said happily.

"Yugi when we are alone I would like you to call me Atem" Atem said.

"Oh okay A-Atem" Yugi stuttered.

Then Yugi brought the tray to the bed, where Atem was. Atem smirked and pulled Yugi onto his lap. Yugi started to blush.

"Yugi did you eat yet" Atem asked as he began to eat.

"N-no A-Atem" Yugi stuttered.

Then Atem brought a spoonful of food up to Yugi's mouth.

"Eat it" Atem comanded.

Yugi blushed, but ate what was on the spoon. When the spoon was pulled out of Yugi's mouth, Atem unconciously liked his lips. After they ate Atem and Yugi went to the throne room. Atem sat on the golden throne. Yugi stood to the left and behind his throne. Joey, Malik, and Ryou were also behind their master, and looking down to the ground. Throughout all the trials the boys stayed in that position. The trials consisted of punishments for stealing and stuff like that. Once the trials were over they all went to the dinning hall for dinner.

"Man that was exhausting" Atem said.

"Yeah I am just glad we don't have to do it anymore" Bakura said.

"So what do you guys want to do" Marik asked their personal slaves.

"Um, well we were wondering if we could be excused after to handle some important matters" Malik said while looking down.

"And what are these matters that you speak of" Seto to asked curiously.

"It is something that we Really need to do" Joey said.

"Okay but we have to come with you guys" Bakura said.

"B-but you can't" Ryou stuttered.

"And why not" Atem asked.

"Nevermind, just get a cloak to cover up, so no one knows who you are" Yugi said in defeat.

"Why, is it that bad" Seto asked.

"Yes, now get a cloak on, and we will meet you guys at the palace gate" Ryou and Yugi said together.

After they ate dinner, Atem put the rest of the trials on hold. Then they got cloaks and covered themselves up. Then they all met at the palace gates.

"So where are we going on this Saturday night" Bakura asked.

"Just cover your head" Joey commanded.
