Chapter 8- Explainable Pt.2

Yugi felt something warm next to him so he moved closer to the hear.

'So warm' Yugi thought happily as he stayed asleep.

When Yugi snuggled closer to the heat, he was lying on Atem's chest. Atem felt the movement and woke up. He saw Yugi snuggling closer to him and smiled. Then he tried to gently move to get out of bed. When he heard Yugi moan in protest he blushed. Then he decided to stay there, so he didn't wake up Yugi. Yugi sighed happily in his sleep as Atem said.

'I didn't know floors could be so warm' Yugi thought.'wait floors don't move'.

Yugi opened his eyes and looked at the "floor" he was laying on. He saw that it was a chest, and when he looked up deep crimson met confused amethyst.

"Atem? How did I get here" Yugi asked confused.

"I found you sleeping on the balcony floor, so I carried you to the bed" Atem said blushing.

"Oh. Thank you" Yugi said also blushing.

Then he realized he was lying on Atem's chest. He scrambled to his feet.

"S-sorry" Yugi stuttered as he blushed harder.

"It's alright" Atem chuckled.

"Right, well, we should probably go eat breakfast" Yugi said looking down nervously.

After they changed they went to the dinning hall. Everyone but Malik and Joey were there.

"Where's Joey and Malik" Atem asked.

"I don't know. We woke up to find them gone" Marik said.

"Oh, I think I know where they went" Yugi announced.

"You got the feeling too right" Ryou asked Yugi.

"Yup" Yugi sighed knowingly.

"Where are they" Seto asked.

"Well, they most likely are going around the palace, to map it out" Ryou said.

"Why are they mapping out the palace" Seto asked.

"So that they know where to place everything when they are pulling pranks on the royal princesses" Yugi answered.

"What and they didn't invite us" Bakura and Marik exclaimed.

"Who didn't invite who" Malik asked as he and Joey walk in the dinning hall and sat down next to their Yamis.

"They were wondering why you didn't invite them to join in on mapping out the pranks" Yugi said.

"Oh, well they can help us set the traps later. For now, Yugi we got word from the other duel monsters, that our Ra and Ma'at are coming to the festival this Saturday" Joey said.

"I see, anything else" Yugi asked.

"We tracked down the host, and we're wondering what to do with him" Malik said.

"Well I can tell you he isn't a normal assassin" Yugi said.

"What do you mean" Joey asked confused.

"He was a demon servant. The fool sold his soul to the demon king in order to break free from that cell the day before he hurt me" Yugi said seriously.

"How do you know this" Aknadin asked.

"He said my title in a twisted way, and he didn't kill me. He is an assassin and was supposed to kill me, but he didn't. This is because no demon servant under the service of their king is aloud to kill me." Yugi said.

"Yugi you saw something else didn't you? What was it?" Ryou asked.

Suddenly Yugi's eyes looked distant.
