When they weren't doing homework, Lily, Alice, Marlene and Mary were intently studying the mid wife books that Nary had managed to smuggle from her house.

"Look at all this equipment." Alice said I exasperation.

"We'll need all of it, just incase something goes wrong during the birth." Lily said, rubbing her tired eyes.

"And what if something goes really wrong?" Marlene said anxiously.

"Then we get Madam Pomfrey. Making sure Rose and the baby are safe is our top priority." Mary said.

"Let's hope it doesn't come to that." Lily said.

It was now December and Rosalie was six months pregnant. Rosalie was napping on Sirius bed. Sirius settled himself behind Rosalie, wrapping his arms around her. Rosalie rolled to her other side so she could wrap her arms around and bury her face in his chest.

"We've still got that essay on those night sluts to do." James groaned.

The other burst out laughing

"They're called vampires, James." Remus said, rolling his eyes.

"And we've got the one on moonwhores as well

as well." Sirius said with a yawn as he snuggled closer to Rosalie.

". . . . . . . Those are called werewolves." Remus said.

Everyone laughed again.

The night before they were due to go back home for Christmas the Gryffindor seventh years decide to celebrate a rare homework free night. Sirius and James snuck into Hogsmeade and smuggled back many bottles of Fire whiskey as well as a large amount of pumpkin juice for Rosalie, who wouldn't even drink Butterbear no matter how little alcohol it contained she did not want to do anything that could harm the baby's development. The seventh years all sat in a circle on the boy dormitory floor, each with five bottles of Fire whisky each.

Sirius had offered to not drink with Rosalie so she wouldn't feel left out.

"No need for both of not to. Drink for me." Rosalie insisted.
