I've been in Huntsville for a month now and I can honestly say that I like it here. I met Darah and  Isaac. Both of them work with me and are originally from Huntsville so they made sure to take me sightseeing on weekends. We even went to this little club called Hoppers. It was a nice little set up with a live band, good food and drinks.

Hoppers is where I met Jaxon. I was at the bar waiting for the waitress so I could place my drink order when I felt like someone was looking at me.  Standing across the bar from me, he noticed that I'd finally looked up to see him. He smiled and then walked around the bar and stood next to me.

He was about 6'4" with flawless tanned skin, curly light brown hair, a fit body and beautiful hazel colored eyes. He definitely looked like he had stepped out of a GQ magazine. Standing next to me, he leaned down and asked what I was drinking. I told him I had already ordered but I was taking shots of tequila.

When the waitress came back and gave me the total for 9 shots of tequila, his eyes widened. He asked if I could handle it. I let him know that I was ordering for me and my co-workers. Paying for our drinks, I turned to go back to my table. Jaxon grabbed my hand to stop me. I jerked around looking down at our hands. He quickly let go and apologized. He said he only wanted to talk to me and maybe dance a little.

We exchanged our names and I invited him to the table where my co-workers and I were seated. Jaxon seemed to be really cool. He said he and his family moved to Huntsville from California four years ago. He finished his Masters degree two years ago and is employed with Northrop Grumman. The rest of us shared our current endeavors.

We people watched, joked and laughed at the drunk folks that were on the dance floor looking like they were having seizures instead of dancing. It was quite a sight.

During the band intermission, the DJ started playing M.C. Hammer. Jaxon looked at me and asked if I knew how to dance. I love dancing and know all the latest moves. We made our way to the dance floor moving to the beat. The DJ was on point playing all the latest hip hop & rap songs. To my surprise, Jaxon had rhythm and knew all the latest dances. We were having a great time.

After being on the floor for what seemed like hours, the DJ announced that he was going to slow it down for the couples. I looked up at Jaxon and said "I think this is our queue to leave the floor." He grabbed my hand and asked me to stay.  The first song came on. It was Jodeci's Forever My Lady. I love Jodeci. I put my arms around Jaxon and he put his hands on my hips. We slowly moved to the music.

That Jose Quervo had me feeling right. I turned my back against Jaxon's chest and started grinding against him. He placed his hands on my hips and I put my hands on top of his. His hands started to travel up to my breast and that's when I froze. My brain is screaming at me! What was I doing? This wasn't just dancing, I was grinding on a complete stranger. Yes he's fine as heck and very attractive, but I shouldn't be doing this.  Embarrassed, I turned and looked at Jaxon and apologized for my actions. I grabbed his hand and walked off the dance floor.

Before we could  get to our table, Jaxon pulled me into the hallway. Oh my! In my mind I'm thinking please don't rape me. He looked down at me and placed one hand above my shoulder and the other in his pocket.

"Tahleea I'm sorry.  I shouldn't have touched you like that. Please don't think bad of me. I got caught up in the moment."

"It's not all your fault Jaxon. I shouldn't have been dancing on you like that. It's cliche to blame my actions on the alcohol, but I got a little too relaxed with you. I promise I'm not trying to lead you on. I am so sorry. It won't happen again."
