I'm standing in the airport with my parents. It's time for them to go back home. I was feeling a little sad, but I would be traveling to see them in a few weeks. I hugged and kissed them as we said I love you to one another. I really enjoyed spending these last 5 days with them. I watched them go up the escalator. We waved goodbye and I turned to exit the airport.
Before I got to my car, I heard my name. I turned to see that it was Frankie, another one of Jaxon's friends. That's when I see the rest of the boys including Jaxon. He was dropping them off so they could catch their flight. They each hugged me and thanked me again for cooking for them. Jaxon walked up and kissed me on my cheek after all of his friends had hugged me.
"Are you too tired for company?" He said.
"Not if the company is my man," I said.
"I'll be over in a couple of hours. I've got to go to my house and get my suit and other things to wear to work tomorrow. I plan on staying with you."
I told him I'll be home because I had no plans to go anywhere. I had to get some rest before starting the work week. My parents and I hung out all day Saturday and didn't get home till late that evening. That meant I didn't get a chance to see Jaxon so I'm quite sure he'll make up for it tonight. I got excited just thinking about it.
When I got home, I sat on the couch to do some channel surfing. The apartment was clean, so I had nothing else to do. I decided to watch Little House on the Prairie. In the middle of the second show, I dozed off and was in a deep slumber.
I was awakened to a knock on the door. Looking at my phone, I see that I have a few missed calls. That's when I realized that I had been asleep for about four hours. It's now twelve thirty in the afternoon. It was definitely a much needed nap.
Someone knocked again, this time it sounded like they were beating on the door. I got up and looked out of the peephole to see that it was Jaxon. I opened the door and he rushed in asking me if I was ok. Confused as to why he was asking me this question, I told him I was fine. He told me he had called me several times with no answer or response. I told him that I had fallen asleep and apologized for scaring him.
"Baby girl I was worried about you. I called to let you know that I'd be on my way after visiting my parents, but you never answered me. I guess I can calm down now. Come here babe."
I walked towards him, and he grabbed me up into a tight embrace.
"I didn't get a chance to touch you yesterday so I plan on making up for it today."
I already expected as much. We sat on the couch and watched TV. The Little House on the Prairie marathon was still on. Jaxon reclined on the couch and pulled me under him. He drives me crazy with that special loving feeling he gives to me. My phone rang. It was my dad.
"Hey dad. Are you guys home and settled?"
"Yes we are home. Your mom is already unpacking our clothes. Let me put you on the speaker."
My parents told me they had a good time and were glad they were able to visit. I told them that I enjoyed having them with me and that I already missed them.
"Well it won't be long before you'll be coming home. Are you staying the whole two weeks that you're off?" My mom asked.
"I'll be flying in on the nineteenth and leaving on the twenty seventh because Jaxon and I are flying out to Orlando Florida on the twenty ninth. I'm going to Disney World with Jaxon and his family. I also plan on staying a few nights with LaShae and Sean so I can spend some time with Corrina." I told my mom.
We talked for a few more minutes and ended our conversation with I love you. Jaxon looked at me.
"You and your parents really do have an awesome relationship. When you first told us about you guy's relationship, I thought that you were adding a little extra, but seeing you guys in action let me know you barely touched the surface when we talked about our raising."
"I don't play about Daniel and Ranell Layton. They are all I have and I realize being the only child that I needed to do all that I can to let them know how much I love and appreciate them. And though I didn't crawl in bed with them while they were here, you best believe I'll get my cuddle time with them when I go home during Christmas break".
Jaxon just laughed and shook his head.
"You are something else Tee."
"Don't ever forget it either."
He grabbed me up and placed me in his lap.
"Oh I won't forget. I will never forget how you have filled me with so much joy and love. I'll never forget how you take care of me. I'll never forget how unselfish you are. I'll never forget how beautiful you are."
Jaxon started rubbing the side of my cheek. He then tenderly kissed my forehead, then both cheeks and then my lips. We didn't hold the kiss long. It was tender and loving. He held my chin and looked directly into my eyes. This moment was so intense.
"Babe thank you for giving us a chance. Thank you for not allowing the difference in our complexion hinder us from being friends to now loving one another."
He kissed me again. I learned very quickly that Jaxon is very affectionate and he loves to touch me.
"Jaxon, why would you think the color of our skin would have hindered us from getting to know one another? True friendship and true love is from the inside, your heart. If I chose to date within my race only, I would have missed out on you. You mean so much to me because you gave me your heart way before I said we could be more than friends. You were here to pick me up when I was down and thought I wasn't worthy of love and respect. I honestly believe you were placed in my life during my storm with Andre for a reason. You make me feel loved and wanted and not just sexually. Because of you, I know what I want in a relationship and I won't take anything less. I've told you before, you have set the bar high. I love being pampered by you. You bathing me feels just as good as us getting together. The first time you washed my honey pot, it felt awkward, but now I expect it. Hell, I really don't think I'm clean unless you're the one washing me."
We both burst out laughing. This is one of the things I love about our vibe. We could be in a serious conversation and before the end of it, one of us has said something off the wall to make us throw a laughing fit. Jaxon and I spent the rest of the day talking, joking, laughing, reminiscing, cuddling, touching, kissing and making love. We ended the night taking a bath by candlelight.
