Samuel's POV (Sagittarius)

What do I think about this new butler joining our house or whatever?
Fucking awesome.

I honestly feel kinda bad for him though. We're not going to be an easy group to manage, especially with Leo as our 'leader'.

I was playing a video game on my phone in the schools library, minding my business. Usually, I see some of the signs in here, mostly the earth and water ones. But today I'm here to relax.

"What're you doing here?"

Relaxation over.

I paused my game and  looked up to see Charlie. She was looking down at me with an eyebrow raised. She seemed to be holding some big book in her arm, while she held what seemed to be tea in her hand. I tilted my head softly. "What- Do you own the library?" I mumbled half to myself, staring at her.

She rolled her eyes, looking back at me. She then sat next to me and placed her tea on the table, opening her book and beginning to read.

I glanced over at her, closing my phone. Curiosity got the best of me and I leaned in to her, looking at her book. My eyebrow rose when I saw the type of book she was reading was something about a biography. The language in the book was really high tier and made no sense to me.

Charlie leaned away from me and narrowed her eyes. "Why are you so close to me?" She asked. I grinned and leaned back into my chair. "You're the one that sat next to me." I said with a grin.

She looked back at her book, grabbing her tea and softly blowing the steam off of it. "I would've sat somewhere else, but I can't." She said, then sipping on her tea.

I looked confused at her, then grabbed my phone and continued my game. "Why can't you?" I asked her, biting my lip as I realized I was dying in my game.

She placed her tea down and looked down at her book. "Because all the table are full, and someone I know is at my table." She answered. "An old friend from middle school." She continued with more detail.

I started rapidly tapping at my screen, trying not to die. I couldn't really hear what Charlie was saying at this point.
Then I died.

I groaned out of annoyance and put my phone down on the table. After settling for a bit, I looked at Charlie who was looking at me with nothing but judgement in her eyes.

I smiled at her and pushed my fingers through my blonde hair. "Your table?" I asked. She stared at her book. "The table by the end, next to the aquarium." She explained.

I blinked softly. "The girl there is from your middle school, eh?" I asked.

She looked up, shrugging softly. I tilted my head. "Why didn't you go say hi?" I asked, grabbing my phone and starting a new game.

She scoffed. "Ha! Yeah right." She said. I tapped at my screen. "Why? What happened?" I asked without even realizing and out of reaction, my focus was all on my game.

"She used to hurt me." Charlie said. I glanced up at her for a second, but immediately brought my gaze back down to my phone. "Hurt you how?" I asked, half focused on my phone and half focused on Charlie.

Charlie grabbed her tea and sipped it. "Physically? Verbally? Everything above." She said with a shrug. I looked at her and narrowed my eyes, then looking back to my game. "What?" I asked.

I paused my game and put my phone down, looking and doing a full body turn towards Charlie. "Want me to go kick some ass? Cause I'll go kick some ass." I said, instant protection instincts kicking in as I felt anger rush through my body.
