Alexis' POV (Aries)
"I cannot believe you guys. I absolutely cannot believe you all. I thought you were mature enough to stay still. I thought you were mature enough to actually respect a restaurant, oh how wrong I was!" Thomas yelled at us.
Currently, all 24 of us were sitting in our mansions living room. We were all covered in cake, sitting on the couch, with Thomas in front us, ranting and walking back and forth.
I had my arms crossed against my chest, desert all over me. I sighed, narrowing my eyes and looking away.
Thomas glared at us. "Do you even know what the bill went up to? For all the damage? They have desert everywhere! Not only on the roof, but outside the restaurant as well! And god knows if there's any cake on the cars as well!" He said, groaning. "You guys are unbelievable."
"We were just having fun. It's not like we have had any ever since we got here." I mumbled, still staring at the ground.
Thomas snapped his gaze to me, raising a brow. "Excuse me?" He asked.
I sharply turned my gaze to him. "Do you have any idea what it's like to be ripped away from our families to live in a completely new city? We're all ushered into this school, only to be forced to live with 24 complete strangers and told that we're some balls of flaming gas in the sky! We had a party the other night and a food fight tonight because we're uncomfortable! We're scared because we don't know anyone here, and we're all desperately trying to understand each other by having fun, by doing stuff everyone likes!" I yelled back.
Everyone looked at me and I seemed to hit everyone's soft spot cause surprisingly, they were quiet.
Alex growled. "It feels like fucking rocket science to adapt to a completely new life style." He added in.
"It may be easy for you, sir, but all of us always have known ourselves as humans, and we lived like them. Now everything's just... Different." Cole supported.
Thomas stared at us, his angry expression slowly melting away as he inhaled deeply, sighing out. "Alright... I understand, I'm sorry... I'm sorry for being so rough on you all..." He said, much more calmer.
There was a long silence before Thomas spoke again. "I know it's hard for you all. You're young, confused and scared, so fun is your only escape." He mumbled, half to himself. "But the owner of the restaurant is demanding a fee. You're all going to clean the entire restaurant tomorrow after school." He explained.
Everyone immediately started yelling out complaints.
"But we didn't even mess up the entire restaurant!" Taylor protested.
"But you all did mess up the outside and roof of the restaurant. But the owners only telling you to clean the interior. I'd say that's fair enough. And plus, this is business, I have no control." Thomas replied, pushing his hand through his hair.
Everyone started mumbling out complaints quietly, and so did I.
I inhaled a bit and puffed out some air. Everyone seemed to be in deep thought about the punishment for a long moment, before Thomas spoke again. "Alright... Ok ok... How about you all take a shower and go to sleep. I bet you've all had a long day..." He said. "I think I'll leave now. I hope you all have a great night." He mumbled afterwards.
Everyone slowly started getting up and headed towards their own rooms.
I sighed and got up, walking up the stairs along with everyone else, before I suddenly felt a strong hand wrap around my arm.
I flinched and snapped my gaze to the owner, but they quickly ran and pulled me with them to wherever they were going.
Once I finally saw right, I noticed they led me into the fire boys room.
