Gabriel's POV (Gemini)
"Gabriella, will you turn that down?" I heard Chase ask in a fake polite tone, even though it was clear as glass that he was extremely irritated.
I looked away from my phone and glanced over at the scene. Me, Gabriella, and a lot of others were sitting at the table in the kitchen. Chase, Summer, Pia and Parker were all making dinner, while Gabriella had the big kitchen TV on, Lady And The Tramp playing at full volume on it.
The scene was when the two dogs were about to eat spaghetti. Gabriella purposely opened this since we were going Italian tonight, with spaghetti, garlic bread and a chicken ranch salad for dinner. The smell already made me impatient and hungrier.
Gabriella giggled softly, leaning her chair back, then forth, crossing her arms on top of the table. "Will I get a little punishment if I don't?~" She flirted, smirking.
Chase glanced at her apathetically, glancing back down at the tomatoes he was cutting for the salad. "Mhm. No dinner." He said simply.
Gabriella narrowed her eyes. "Ah, Chase! You were supposed to flirt back." She complained, grabbing the remote and leaning it towards the TV, turning down the volume.
Chase stayed silent, continuing to cut the tomatoes. While he did, the scene where the dogs both eat the same spaghetti noodle and kiss showed up on screen. Gabriella sighed. "Even dogs are more romantic than you, Chase." She said.
Chase grunted. "I really don't care." He said. Just then, barking was heard and a small, black and white puppy ran into the kitchen. He was obviously excited and hyper over something.
Gabriella quickly leant down and snatched the running dog up, smiling at him. "You're more romantic than dumbass Chase, right Tao?~" She asked in a baby voice. Tao barked and leaned in, licking her face, causing her to laugh happily.
I smiled at the scene. Tao was a really great name for such a dog. I watched as Gabriella held the cute, happy dog and as she cooed to him in baby voices. I looked past her to the sliding glass door that was closed. It was close to night, the sky a deep purple and pink, the city lights and stars were beginning to glow up brighter the darker it got.
"Hey princess~" I heard a voice tease behind me. I looked behind me to see Lia looking down at me, blinking once she noticed me looking at her, her smile widening, leaning both of her hands on the back of the chair I sat in, resting her weight into her arms.
I narrowed my eyes and rolled my eyes. "Princess?" I asked, looking at her. She laughed, closing her gray eyes along with it. Her auburn hair bounced a bit along with the movement. She was also wearing a dark blue shirt with light blue stars, along with thin black tights.
"You could look like a princess with a bit of mascara." She said. She then tilted her head and examined me up and down. "And maybe some concealer..." She mumbled to herself.
I sighed. "Go mess with August. I'm not your little toy to irritate, he is." I reminded her. Lia only smiled and leaned closer to me. "You could be a different kind of toy to me~" She flirted.
I glanced at her. "Oh, so now the lioness is giving in?" I teased, smirking at her.
Lia gave a little laugh. "Don't get your hopes up. I came to see your sister until you daydreaming caught my attention." She explained, smirking. "See ya~" She cooed, walking off and sitting next to Gabriella who was across from me, and they both immediately started talking.
I stared at them a bit before I heard a recognizable sigh behind me, August.
August sat next to me and narrowed his eyes, specifically at Lia. "She's honestly the most spoiled fucking girl I've ever met." He mumbled.
