Lia's POV (Leo)
"What the hell?" Yelled an angry voice.
I glared at the man in front of me, in front of the 23 of us.
Thomas and the owner did show up, and currently, the owner was raging. He growled and glared at us, then snapped his head over to the health inspector. "My kitchen was not like this before I left!" He yelled.
I rolled my eyes and looked at Thomas. Thomas was eying all of us with an emotion that sort of read disappointed, before looking at the owner of the restaurant. "My students wouldn't do such a thing like this, I'm certain about it. None of them have bad intentions, especially after what they've all done." He said.
The owner sighed and looked over at his friend. "Then why the hell does it look like this now?" He asked, trying to sound genuine but the anger cracked through his voice.
"Why the hell did you leave it like this? Did you purposely leave your kitchen like a train wreck just to get back at us?" I asked. Everyone looked at me, and the owners gaze flashed with rage.
"Why would I do that to you guys? I wouldn't ever! Plus, it's against the fucking law!" He said.
"There are a lot of criminals in this world, sir. Have you wondered why?" Chase asked sarcastically. He had his arms crossed as he looked at him with a rose brow.
"What you all did to my kitchen is a felony!" He protested angrily. He surely did use a lot of hand movements to try and prove a point.
"Don't go pointing fingers now, sir. You still haven't given us a logical explanation for ruining your own kitchen just to fuck with us." Liam added, stuffing his hands in his jean pockets.
"Also why the actual fuck would we call the health inspector on something we did? How retarded do you think we are?" Skyler asked.
Thomas purposely inhaled loudly, sighing out. "Alright, can we all calm down? Doesn't this restaurant carry security cameras? Why don't we take a look at that?" He asked.
"Great idea, let's do that!" Gabriella said enthustically, glaring at the owner. "At least now we'll understand that he's lying." She added.
The owner growled. "Fine." He said, taking out a keychain with many keys attached. He stuck out a fancy looking one from it and walked to his office door, then put in the key and unlocked it. He opened the door and headed inside, and soon everyone walked inside.
The owner sat at his chair and opened his laptop. Thomas was on one of his sides, and the inspector on his other side, the rest of us in the back, watching him.
The owner opened the application for the security cameras, to see a plain black screen on. His eyes widened and he started typing and clicking rapidly. "What- What the hell?" He asked.
The health inspector rose a brow. "What happened?" He asked.
The owner bit his lip, standing up from his seat. "The security cameras are off... And the footage from today is gone..." He mumbled.
"Ah, so you disabled the camera's so that you wouldn't get caught messing the kitchen up?" Vince asked, who was near the front.
The owner glared at him. "If you all did this I'll bring the fucking police into thi-"
"How could we have done it? We don't even have the key to access to your office!" Summer added in.
The health inspector rose a brow and eyed us and the owner.
Thomas looked at us, then at his friend, putting a hand on his shoulder. "Hey, can I talk to you?" He asked.
The owner looked at Thomas and sighed, still looking enraged. "Ugh, excuse us for a moment." He said. The two men walked out of the office and started talking in distant voices.
