Solid, Liquid and Gas;

We have made it through all three states at some point in our lives.

We have stood firm during some difficult times, and even though majority of times where we become molten, we still remain rock solid in the end.

Other times, we allow other implications, if not ourselves, to get the best of us;

Where we don't stand as firm as we should and the impact of our emotional burdens, causes us to drift into the liquid state.

Its good at times to be in the liquid state;

The heartbroken breaks down in tears, you make yourself vulnerable, trusting that all with be well, even though you know it wont and just let go of everything, just to clear your mind.

But being in the liquid state for too long, can have unforeseen implications;

This attracts stress, depressions, mood swings, and self-isolation among others.

If you find yourself being attracted towards these, then welcome to the gaseous state.

At this point its really hard when it comes to crucial decision making;

Deciding if you should take a break from school to cope with your mental health,

Or continue your studies, but risk the overwhelming implications of mental stress.

This drives depression, causes mood swings and ultimately leads to isolation of both others and oneself.

Gauge your feelings; try your best not to be a victim of sublimation;

Because the journey from solid straight to liquid, is definitely not an easy road,

Its called Sublimation, because it subtracts the aspect of life that makes you YOU,

Limits your likelihood to see or even feel any hope of reverting, thereby tricking your mind that you're better off this way, away from everyone, even yourself;

And finally, with that in mind, leads to the formation of a broken individual, which has no idea as to what truly broke them.

However reversible, it can have you on edge reverting from one state to the next.

With this in mind, now ask yourself;

What state am I in? and how likely it is for my state to change.
