It was their weekend bar night with their friends when they decided to start with their plan

They sat together like always with Harry and Ginny on Hermione's right side, Theo and Pansy on Draco's left side, Blaise and Luna were beside Theo and Ron and Lavender were beside Ginny

"Cheers!"

They all shot back their tequilas

Hermione hissed and the burn before coughing slightly

Draco helped her by patting her back and she gave him a smile

"You two are honestly sickening" Ron grumbled, causing his wife to hit his ribs in warning

Draco didn't move his arm as Hermione leaned back and they both saw when Pansy and Ginny perked up and made eye contact, they looked at Lavender who nodded slightly and they had a silent conversation

"Who wants more drinks?" Ginny blurted out

Everyone raised their hands

"Ladies"

The three gossip witches all turned to Hermione who was in the middle of taking a sip

"What?" She asked as she lowered the glass

"Let's go"

Hermione turned to Draco who was already looking at her

Draco leaned towards her and pushed her hair out of her ear

"Remember, vague but not too vague, let Pansy send in Theo"

Hermione nodded

She pulled away and went with her friends

"Spill" Pansy ordered

"Spill what?" Hermione asked confused

"You two are acting different" Lavender said

"Are you two dating?" Ginny squealed

"I think all the loveworps have cleared" Luna smiled dreamingly

"You're all of your meds, we're just friends" Hermione laughed a bit too hard

She grabbed the tray and turned to walk back but was stopped by Ginny

"You can't lie to us" she smiled mischievous "you're not good at lying"

"Really convincing in me telling you that I'm dating Malfoy" Hermione drawled

"Are you?" Pansy clapped

"No" Hermione said deadpanned and walked away, Draco turned to look at her and she winked

She placed the drinks on the center of the table and they all sat down

Draco placed his arm on the back of the her chair, he played with her hair as their friends began to pick up on the actions

Hermione would whisper something to Draco that will cause him to smirk

He would twirl on of her curls in his hair

He had even gone as far as to wear one of her ponytails around his wrist

They continued their little flirting match the whole time and when everyone decided it was time to go, they all had suspicions about them

"See you all later" Draco said and led Hermione out

They apperated back to the flat and hi-fived

"Plan A, done, now we—"

Draco's phone rang a second later and he smirked

"That's Theo"

He answered and took it in the other room, Hermione pulled out her phone and saw a text from Ginny
